She hadn't herd him by then only the bounding of hoofs and her own heart beat claimed all of her, but then of course something odd happend.. She had been raceing along not thinking of anything else but what was ahead, feeling more free than she had in a very long time when she felt the wind knocked out of her. Then a pain that shot hard up her back that was the last thing she would know for now.
It wasn't a low branch that had hit her. It wasn't anything they would be able to see. The horse slowled to a stop when he felt his rider's wight off of him he circled back as if confused at what had happened himself. She lay there her head had hit a fallen log that knoked her out. If she had not been wearing a dress a large red mark would be across her midsection. The back of her head was bleeding slightly.

Khan had caught up in time to see what happened and immediately flipped from saddle to her side to help her and called "Uncle Sek!" unsure how far behind they were. He say on the log resting her head on his lap applying the pressure. "Sek!"

Being knoked out would send her right back to those awful dreams. Though there was no sign as far as he could tell of what happened. If he looked around it couldn't have been a tree limb, the only other thing would be that it was a object in the air that had hit her but that to would be on the ground somewhere which it wasn't.

Sekain was soon to arrive just after Aenu. Matilda threw herself into Aenu's arms as he smiled and wrapped his arms around her picking her up "You're doing good son" he smiled as Sekain rode along side Khan and Katherine "she just flew off like she hit summat but I didnt see what it was she hit" he said calmly as Sekain knelt aside Katherine

Katherine when Sekain had seen her before seemed pretty okay where her power was concerned. She was now as well, something had granted her more power lately than she usually had that is why she was able to open her eyes in just a few moments. When that happened she looked up into the boy's face and then beside her to Sekain. "What was that? Where we attacked?" She spoke her hand moving to her mostly alreayd healed head. Her back hurt dully as well but nothing to bad.

"C'mon lets sit you up" he said slowly, sitting her up helped by Khan who was behind her, "you just flew off as if caught by a branch, I looked around for what you connected with but there wasn't anything" he said confused still applying the pressure to the head wound.

"its fine... I am okay just alittle burised." Being able to sit up on her own, the wound on the back of her head being small had already just about healed itself. "I am sorry i didn't mean to be such a bother." She spoke looking up towards Aenu. "I am glad you are okay." She said with a smile despite what just happened.

Nami stood upside down in a large tree. Her feet was frozen with ice beneath a thick tree branch. She opened her eyes, looking out to the green plane of grass below. Nami's light red hair hung down as the wind brushed by her.

"Its not your fault, you were hit it was unavoidable" Khan said sincerely as he went to hug his father who enthusiastically embraced him along with Matilda "I'm glad you're okay father" Khan smiled as he buried his cae in his fathers chest. "As am I son" he turned to Sekain and hte queen "Will you two be okay returning?" he asked

She noded some standing with Sekain she held his arm the pain in her head was bad but not anything she couldn't handle, it would go very soon. "I am sure we will be just fine." She said with a smile. "I am sorry for the trouble again, if you have any trouble yourself remember that we are here." She said with a smile.

Nami was trying to make herself use fire to free herself, but she was still afraid of it. Her feet quickly became numb. Small roots extended from the branch and broke into the ice around Nami's feet. The roots thickened and suddenly extended out, breaking her free. She fell head first from high above. The roots have thicken into green vines, and raced down after Nami. Just as she was about to hit the ground, the vines gently cushioned under her body and curled her up right into a slow halt. Nami was then gently let down onto the ground, where she sat because her feet was too numb. The vines became lifeless after that. Nami looked up and sighed softly, "I couldn't do it."

Jen sat upright from behind a small bush and looked at Nami. A small smile played across her lip. "That was an interesting show little girl," she stood up and removed any dirt from her dress, "What are you?"

Startled by the sudden appearance of someone else being there, Nami stood up quickly. Her feet was still quite numb, so she fell back down. There was nothing she could do then, but be cautious. "I am human, what else miss?" Nami smiled back at her.
