no. they havn't. his new character even god modded kalens powers by nullifying them, even though nothing stated ever said that the power could do that...then again her "phozon" power is vague enough to do whatever he wants it to.

You are not overstepping in the least and I will explain my plans to deal with him if he goes to far if you want in the crew section. Hikaru or any of his characters have never been a fight proper and so they have not lost one yet.

Kk.I wanna try fighting with gen,since his powers are vague also ^^ youd be surprise what you could with gen's power,i gotta add that he can heal though so brb >:0

dont do to much legend be careful and keep in mind his age. I will say he gives me a regular headach due to his actions and may be in jeopardy of being booted.

Oh I will o-o
I was just adding an extra,what he can do with energy(Heal).Im thinking,maybe people should place special things their chracters can do with their powers,for example hikaru can use his illusion power to teleport =.=

he cant teleport. I am dealing with that now actually. I was going to let the first time slide and tell him when he did it a second time. With the way he describes it he disintegrates himself. He would essentially kill himself by doing that since once he is those particles he has no way of controlling them do to loss of consciousness. There can a person who's power is to teleport and that would not be questioned because that is what their sole power is unlike his.

oh. in that case be aware that the lightning royal family has rune based elementals too, so you may see something similar from natalia. though rao and i are still working out natalia's elemental.
also, hikaru has a sphere of illusion that can be reality, but can only be seen if he wants you to, but can be felt by all, even if they cannot see it as it cuts them in half... i actually mean "illusion", in a specific radius. his one restriction on his power is range, and it should be a very small range with what his power is...so he should not be able to teleport into the stands from somewhere else.

The rain cant stop that fast,it just started : unless there was a weather controller somewhere in this RP which i was planning on doing next...but too much damage D: im sure you guys dont wanna be fighting tornadoes @_@ or ball lightning.Or lightning as thick as a window @_@ its happened before trust me xD the lightning part.That was the most awesome/terrifying day of my life.it ruined crotona park crying
