It's a story about the last month of Krypton. It has elements of a war movie, a touch of alien invasion, as well. There's a lot of action.

It was . .. . difficult. He insisted on playing Jor-El, and he seemed to like rto ad lib a lot.

We were trying our best to maintain a neutral point of view. To tell the truth as it happened, and not let our own history with Jor-El discolor the story.
That, however, proved to be difficult. I'd like to think we succeeded, but . . . we'll have to wait and see how the public sees things.

Of course it's false. The people of New Krypton already respect the general. And the people of Earth never will. We're not trying to change perceptions, we're simply telling the story as it was.
