Kazuma really can't do much right now. I need to get him a few key jutsu, and then start working on getting all of the Kakuzu jutsu.

Thats crap! When I made Yuan they let me get Kikuta gaze level 1 which is a 15K achievement! evil

Sorry Yuan. I was only following the rules on the first page of the character approvals. You can take it to another Mod. if they changed to ruling I heard nothing on it. I was told by Drago when I started to 1000 would be the max accepted.
