What are your majors and minors, why, and where are you all going to college?
I'm a Mass Communications and going to be East Asian Studies major, because I grew up with Mass Communications (more particularly, film, and some music) as teachers, and recently, I became interested in East Asian history, culture, and language. I'm currently focusing on Japanese culture and language at a college in Wisconsin. I love it there. I transferred from SCSU in MN..

It's already been explained by others, so I'll just add that if something seems odd or confusing, it's probably an in-joke. Feel free to ask for explanations about them. We have a lot of running bits here and we tend to goof off a lot.
Good to hear you're enjoying your education. It definitely makes it a lot easier if you love what you do.
As for me, I'm a graduate. I majored in Microbiology in undergrad at Colorado State University, then completed veterinary medical school and got my doctorate at the same. I'm currently in my first year as a practicing veterinarian and I'm loving it.
Also, in general related news, I'm going to be the only doctor working tomorrow (and Saturday). Should be exciting. This happened to me last week I was on call, too. Hopefully that'll be enough to keep me nice and busy at work.

Hope work goes okay for you.. when I cashiered, and everyone called in sick, it was insane.. hopefully, it won't be the same at your work...
Also, on another note, does anyone know what kind of jobs offer tip money in addition to salary -- other than selling one's body?
My job really sucks and gives me like 9 hours a week, and I need to make some money so I can reduce my loans to study abroad in Japan...
