"Umm if no one else has asked you yet....." She said, as she quickly swallowed. Her mouth seemed to be getting dry for some reason. She then took in a deep breath to try and calm herself down, as she turned towards him. A nervous sort of look was on her face, but she seemed calmer then before.
"Well I was wondering if you wanted to go with me?" She asked, as she tried to keep from looking away from him. She just felt so nervous waiting for his response. She couldn't blame him if he said no though.

"Sure." Komlon said with a smile after a slight pause. Anyone who knew psychology could tell that the smile was fake, because only his mouth moved. A real smile owuld involve the whole face. A hint of nervousness was also mixed into his face. "But can we just go to your place now?" he asked.

Hana nodded, as she smiled cheerfully to him. Something didn't seem right to her though, almost as if he didn't want to go to the dance with her or something. She didn't know if she should ask him or not about it, but he was probably just worried about his pants. Atleast she hoped that was the reason. She then began to make her way towards the exit of the cafeteria, as she made sure Komlon was following her.

Kayla walked into the cafeteria, her head hung low, her book hugged closely to her chest. She had awoken about an hour ago from her sad little nap and had decided that if she didn't leave her dorm room she would go mad. She didn't go to the courtyard out of fear of seeing Immolatus or Alexis. She didn't want to go to the hot springs because of what had happened last time and she didn't want to go to the Traning hall because of what had happened last time she was there as well. She would have gone to the library, but somehow she managed to end up in the cafeteria.
She found a table in the back and sat down, putting the book on the table. She didn't open it. Instead she put her arms ontop of the book and put her head on top of her arms. Maybe she would just sleep here or die or something...

Uwasa walked into the cafeteria and walked over to the food line and grabbed a full sub and half a pizza also grabbed three cokes. He walked over to the table that kayla sat at and began to eat though he remembered his manners. He lookefd over at her an arched an eyebrow and thought to himself.Wonder what's wrong with her.He looked at her and swallowed."Penny for your thoughts."He said looking at her whilew finishing his sub.

At first Kayla thought someone was just talking to someone else and she just happened to be over hearing them, but then she looked up to see someone had sat at her table. She reconized him, but forgot his name. She moved her bangs revealing her black eye and took her arms, the right one in a cast, off the table.
"Bad day," she said quietly, looking down.

He finshed his sub and opened one of his cokes and began to drink it."Well what so bad about it."He said looking her up and down he did remember her but from wear."You hungry?"He was trying to be polite because he liked to be.

She sighed.
"No, I'm not hungry,"
She stayed quiet for a while, still looking at the ground. She sighed. "I got beat up twice, the first time resulting in me having to get a new cast and the guy I asked to the dance said no,"

He sighed and shrugged and began to eat his pizza,."Well why did they start a fight with you did you do something wrong."He sounded concerned he looked at her from bhind his sunglasses."Also sorry to hear about the guy saying no but it's the way the world works not everyone is nice."He was not trying to be mean just trying to tell the truth.

"I didn't do anything. I was already injured anyways... I dunno, she just started to attack me," she said quietly. She sighed, glancing up at him and then looking back down.
"I know... there's nothing I can do about it. I kind of assumed he would say no anyways... it just hurt, that's all," she said quietly, trying to contain tears. She had already cried so much..

He shrugged and put down his pizza down and began to slide down towards her bringing his food with him."Well sorry to hear thatif you want my help i could lend it."He said as he took off his leather trentch coat and laid it beside hims his black button up shirt seeming a little to fancy for the cfeteria. He began top eat his pizza again.

"No, it's too late now. It's been done, there's nothing I can do..."
She sighed and looked at him. She cocked her head to the side slightly.
"I've met you somewhere before, but I forget your name..." she said, her cheeks blushing slightly.

He smiled and and stretched a little and yawned then shook his head."Sorry about that just a little tired. Yes we have met before and do not feel bad about forgetting my name i forgot yours to. But my name is uwasa may i ask yours again."He said smiling because she was blushing he was a little confused as to why she was blushing though.

She laughed slightly.
"That's alright... I'm Kayla..." she said. She sighed and put her head back down on her book. She turned her head to the side so she could still see him.

He laughed a little and shrugged."Kayla right i remember you sorry it's such a big school it's getting easier and easier to forget poeple."He heard her say she will try and remember his name and smiled."Thank you i will do the same."He saw her put her head on the book and shook his head."You know you realy need to cheer up life can't get you downt his much you have to have hope. you know there is a saying that if you can feel bad it means you have felt good and will again."He said giving her a half crooked smile.
