Yeah, it's just sad that even today so many people can't properly characterize females.

Yea, I mean I tend to lean towards horror/supernatural (not just as cartoons/anime, but in everything), but I have plenty of favorite things that aren't that genre, and several things I hate about that genre as well.

Yeah, those genres tend to attract me as well, but I also like a lot of romance and mystery to be mixed in.

I like romance and mystery as well. Comedy is usually the one thing I have little patience for, especially in combination with romance.

Finally caught up on TAS a bit last night, now there are only 8 more videos (not all of those YGO related) of LK's I have to get through. I really like the Jaden rap battle one, I think even more because I was expecting to really dislike it. The Leather Pants video was very cute too, at first I was annoyed that it was drawn rather than done from screen shots. Until we got to the mindless, dancing, suited, green-haired Kaiba, Yami no Yuugi, Anzu, Jounouchi, and Honda. That totally made it worth it, I'd LOVE to see that animated out though, hahaha.

Ok The Great Hobson is one of my favorite TAS episodes, ever. Haha, I loved everything from Anzu's duel (best friggin part) with the AWESOME penguin guy, to Seto wanting to rob himself, to Yuugi trying to duel a door. It was wonderful. Best part is, I'm watching TAS on a train! About as close to a blimp as I probably ever get (while watching TAS too). Woot!

Yay, you're finally up to date! The Jaden Rap cracked me up, but the Leather Pants video is still my favorite (besides Brooklyn Rage). XD As an art loverer, I was super excited to see fan animation.
And that episode was pretty great. I loved the part where Duke managed to bang Serenity by the time Tristan caught up with them, and then the boob meter... I couldn't stop staring at it and analyzing if I thought that particular part deserved what it got on the boob meter or not. XD

I think Leather Pants is actually my favorite, it's at the very least my favorite TAS song, but yes Brooklyn Rage is a close second. The rap is cute though. I liked the fan animation too - especially those green haired droids (pretty much any scene with them was great). It's just Yami no Bakura and Malik are so sexy, and at first I was like aww, less sexy. Hahahaha.
Hahahaha, that was fun too. I think I want to watch that episode again. And I know! That meter was not exactly accurate. Plus it only went to 3 levels, it really should have branched out more across the available spectrum. I mean if you are going to do that, you should do it correctly. xd

I like Bad Romance overall better than Poker Face, so I should've preferred Leather Pants, but I just felt it wasn't as well-done as Brooklyn Rage (the lyrics change, not the animation). It just didn't seem to flow as well and seemed a little more like it was just changing the lyrics in a goofy way, rather than in a way that went well with the original song and lyrics. Plus Brooklyn Rage focused on my favorite character, so... XD I still preferred having the animation in Leather Pants though. I feel I've seen so many Malik and Yami no Bakura scenes that I could live without seeing the same scenes again for yet another video.
Yes, I agree. The meter could've used some tweaks. Apparently we observe boobs better thank LK.

I did like Bad Romance better, which is probably a lot of why I'm drawn to Leather pants. And it is more goofy rather than a well spliced fit, but I do actually like that, the funnier (yet still fairly accurate of character representation) a parody is the more I like it. I do rather like that Brooklyn Rage (aside from the Brooklyn part), was actually something Jounouchi could really have sung, if he sang. It was very fitting to his plight. But, preferred melody, character (Yami no Bakura is one of my most favorites, after Seto and Pegasus), and funny droid scenes had Leather Pants winning out for me in the end. But again, they are still very close, and I rather love them both. Poker face came on in the bar I was at last night, and I immediately started imagining a puppy suit and checking out that red eyes. ^_~
Mmhmm, but then I have to wonder about LK. Sure I think he has a girlfriend (think he's mentioned one), but still, all that MalikxYami no Bakura slash throughout TAS, is it entirely just fan service? wink
