*In her death sleep, Roan's fingers twitched. Her tail, till now draping silently over the end of the bed, thrashed once, electricity from Ferago flowling straight through from her arm down to her tail and then out ina blue arc which sliced into the floor. Roan's lips lifted back from her teeth in a viscious snarl, her claws grew on her fingers and ripped into the sheets and the '8' on her arm burnt a hole into the quilt. Roan's thrashing and 'dreaming' lasted for about ten minutes... then she stilled once more, her lips moving just alittle as she returned to the corpse state she had lain in for two days now*

*As Bard was about to give up hope, he heard the breathy voice of Roans whisper like voice call out like a peacefull nights wind.
As the word drifted through bards ears his inner energy had shot through his veins leaving a strange sensation of warmth and ........love ?
He brang his face close to her still body, staring at her pale skin admiring her every inch, the tip of her fang seemed to of creeped under her top lip and was just visible. It was...cute.
He swallowed hard releaving his dry throat of fear and lightly pressed his lips against hers*

*He prayed that this would work*

Not moving an inch, as Roan flailed about, charging with electricity, he brunted a static slap against his stomach, barely showing a twitch in his lips, as the material of his shirt burnt away from the area Roan's hand had ********, that stung like a bullet in the head.:.
He then breathed a sigh of relief, as she spoke. Though knowing his clan, let-alone Roan herself. It could still go rancid fast.
His eyes then narrowed down at Bard, as a low growl shook his throat gently, showing an irrate expression, as then raven rings about his pupils thinned, near the point of vanishing, and a set of barely noticable irises formed, keeping a shakey, leering watch over his every move.

*though Roan's eyes still didnt flicker open in reality, a smile settled about her lips. A charactaristically sly one at that. Inside the plains of her mind, a dark set of shadows surrounding bards astral presence turned and became Roan, though even as they did so it became inevitable that they had been Roan all along...*

*leering and standing, Roan walked forwards, her clothing shifting to form fitting leather as she pointed an elegant finger at bard, her body leaning slightly backwards as she spoke*
.: You're in dangerous water little fish. Still need me to protect you? :.
*Roan's smile was impish and her body litehr than normal in this place between places. Back on the physical plane, Rayth re-materialsed on bard's back as he leant over Roan and turned his eyes on Corbin*
Heads up mixed blood. The man killer's been found. Our little salmon's made contact. She seems to be ok... I'll keep you informed.

Cocking a brow up at Rayth, the growl settled in Corbin's throat, and he folded his arms over his chest, giving Bard a more patient expression.
"Well I'll be damned. Heh, and I thought I was the oddity. I dont feel so special any more."
Feigning a sob, and wiping an imaginary tear from his cheek, he chuckled, smirking back up at Rayth.
"You know, I've noticed that alot more has been happening, alot more frequently of late. I supose the wheel must be nearing the next cycle. Or perhaps its just because of the ranks growing. Tell me, my saphire skinned cheshire cat. How long is it, roughly till the next cycle. If I remember correctly, the next cycle is during the time that the Daemons become free."

How long's a piece of string?! The next cycle will happen when it happens. There's a difference here that Ive nver heard about in any of the previous chronicles of creation. I have never read that any of the daemons were together when they broke free last time. THIS time.... four of the seven blades are centered around the DeSeer 'franchise'. THREE of those blades being physically used by DeSeer's AND they happen to be the three eldest brothers. I havent got a clue whats going to happen in the long run - remeber that I too am of a lower class than Butch and friends. Im of teh scond order of darkness if you will, I serve under O-Kuni-Nushi. If you think IM a handful, never let him out.

"I see. Nushi. Okra, right?"
Shurgging, he sighed and went over to the chair Dag had been useing, searching his pockets for a cigarette.
"So I was right. Somthing is definantly up with this series of cycles. My father, Surt, my other self with the lance of longinus. Maybe I was partially correct, with the stilling of the wheel theory, back when Roan first showed it to me."
Porduceing a cigarette, he paused as he placed it between his cold vaguely violet lips, and took in a long drag as it lit itself with a small 'pop'. Exhailing, he then moved the cigarette away from his lips, holding it between his right index finger and thumb, glancing back up at projection of Rayth.
"Might not be in our favour though, at this rate."

*Bards inner self stood firmly in Roan's mind staring at her leather attire in awe. He smiled.*
I think your the one who needs protecting at the moment, seeing how your not actually moving much these days. I could of used you as a punching bag if it werent for your goddamn daemons.
*Bard closed in on Roan and placed his arm on her shoulder*
What do ya say to a nice cup of coffee when you come back eh ?
Or would you prefer a taste of something else.
*As the last few words escaped form his lips he tilted his head to the side revealing his tight muscular neck*

*Raising her arms slowly, Roan's astral body flashed and flickered, images of her demi and half forms flickering over her skin, as well as take's true form and Rayth's, as well as Legion. Staring bard in the eye, she smiled thinly*

*Near Corbin, Rayth cocked his head to one side and grinned*
You can try stopping the Wheel again if you like. It would amuse me oh so much to see the consequences. As for OUR favour? Mine is....
*The demon paused and glanced down at Roan*
Oh dear. WHY do you have to be so awkward Roan?! This may be a fun game for you....
*Turning his maddened eyes back on Corbin Rayth shrugged and tapped his skull with a finger*
She's testing the fish. Better hope he passess. For someone who's more than half dead, she's having far too much fun. And I want the trousers she's parading about in. They'd suit me better.

Who says i NEED you. If you dont want to come back then fine suit yourself youll just be living a dream world. The almighty Roan cant even bare real life, hahaha and i thought you were tougher than that.
*After laughing, Bards emotions burned him. His face reddened, he started to frown. His eyes watered again. He turned away from Roan hurting inside*

Narrowing his eyes first at Rayth, then over at the back of Bard's head, he growled slightly.
"Damn it. If he fails, he better recognize that this is NOT a letter grade test. He meant somthing to Roan..."
WIth a dull flash of emerald in his eyes, the raven rings in then almost vanished, and a set of fine dot irises formed, shaking violently at him.
"He is just a burden to me."

Still so young. What were you to Roan when first you met? A problem. A thorn in her side following his dear daddy's own grudge. And yet, look at you now. Would you dare to assume everything would have panned out witout her? What about during your regressions? Do you understand the level of care she showed you? Do you understand the callous cruelty she has shown also?
Warriors are not made then parcelled out to generals like little packages. Warriors rise from their own convictions and reactions to others. As you have always had the fold of her wing to rest on, Azrael has had the edge of her blade to tread. And in both cases it was deemed the right course of action - Im inclined to agree considering the level of growth both of you have shown.
So, what makes you think she is making a mistake now in her own deliciously self-destructive duty? Or dont you know the game yet? You're one of the smartest in the group... maybe you've figured it out, little drummer boy. Just dont judge too soon. All of eternity is your playpit, potentially. When you look at it liek that... the fish is but a blip on your personal radar. But he may become more. Learn to play teh board and the pieces.

*Roans' head slowly came back up with a grin, her eyes blood red. Her form returned to full visibilty as she smirked at Bard*
What concerns you more? The fact you believe you feel something for an undead monster, or the fact an undead monster can read you like a book? Tell me, if I ran away in the middle of one of your concerts, would you run after me?
*Chuckling, Roan crossed her arms over her chest*
I hope you know Im incapable of returning yet. My body hurts too much to even try and pilot it about right now. Give me a few days. I heal fast, especially when Im well fed. Let my kids know. I'd hate for any of them to think they'd won the title of Master of the Clan yet. There's life in the old b***h yet.
