Rasuken Shield
A shield that goes around my entire body in a large circle. Then it reflects the attack back at the opponet with 3X the power and speed with an added lighting effect.
Rasuken Power
An Arura comes from the sky striking my body giving me INCREDIBLE stregth and INCREADIBLE speed making me nearly invisable, barly visable becuase of my speed and have enough power to throw a human 100 miles. Only lasts 5 posts after used must wait 5 posts to use again.

I like the First one but leave it with some type of side-effect.
The second Im afraid isnt going to cut it. It has to much power for you leave even if it does last 5 postes.And not only in your level you cant simply do all that with what you made it seem like....

Blood Fusion
Allows me to take blood from any clan of my wish, then infuse with my blood. I am able to then learn 1 technique from the clan of my choosing. Only works once. cannot infuse blood more than once.

Hm. I dont know about it Im not going to make a decision let Drago or Jashu do it because it seems like its stealing jutsu's but i dont know so...

miroku902 Hm. I dont know about it Im not going to make a decision let Drago or Jashu do it because it seems like its stealing jutsu's but i dont know so... its not really stealing jutsu....I have to earn 15k.....Meet an member of the clan...get blood....Pick a skill...and i can only do it ONCE how is that stealing? its a lot of work.

That also makes no sense that lets you use there clan skill from blood?That makes no sense and it stealing a jutsu like miroku said

A fun attack based off the God gate attack drago has but it puts the user at more risk Quote: Aura Effect-A 3 part attack that takes soul chakra -Aura Shield-The user uses their soul chakra to make a unbreakable sheild of pure soul chakra to shield Friends or self.Cannot be used More then 1 time per fight. -Aura Sword-A very devastating attack That cannot be used until Aura shield Has been unleashed.The Attack sends a close range attack around the body in the shape of a sword that would swipe the other soul chakra out.The attack is 5 meters long in a 360 degree angle.This drain more soul chakra then it takes from opponent ..Can only be used 1 per battle -Final aura-This is a desperation attack That would make the user pass out afterwards.Cannot be used unless Aura sword has been unleashed .This attack is so power after taken effect the user would be sleep for a Day At the least.This attack is unavoidable at close range. Sucks the users and anyone at close range out their body to fight into a spirit world where the Soul chakra is damage from fighting.The user is given a moderate advantage in speed strength.The Jutsu used in this world takes soul chakra is too much is used the enemy or user can die in the spirit world

Anyways Ace, I like your technique though I shall let the others decide on if you can have it or not. I tend to make bad decisions.
