Lucifer followed, and even commented, "So, the brutish bear really does care for the little angel?" That was actually surprising, but he didn't much care. Anon would be his, he was not giving her up to anyone.
Billy smiled and eagerly popped the set and cooled chocolate from the first batch out of their molds, he handed a flower shaped one right to Resist. "A lovely flower for a lovely man, the first batch is all cool and done." He really hoped the chocolate would please him, it was a good milk chocolate mix. However, it mattered not if the master didn't agree.

Lucifer heard the remark, almost rolling his eyes. Love, what does this guy know about love? Still he was out to talk, so talk he would, "You have a funny way of showing it, normally traumatizing a woman and killing her family is not associated with love." He was actually not speaking in a condescending tone. One way to solve trouble is to talk the other out of causing it.
Billy looked delighted, his whole world got brighter because Risest liked them. "I am so glad you like them, master! I will make sure to always have fresh one for you." He wanted to please his master and this was one of those ways. Maybe, he dared to hope, it would mean master would come around more often!

I know I know. I lost control that day. Things got out of control and now she hates me. But both you and her wont let me explain things. I can't even tell her about her mother passing away. Lucifer didn't care, it was trivial, but he did see how this could be a boon. "Of course she won't let you, try being nearly raped and having your siblings die as a result of trying to help you." Waiting a few moments, as if torn, he speaks again, "I'll help, if you write her a letter, I'll make sure she gets it, but you can't let her see you. I am sure you care about how much it scares and bothers her." He saw this as his way of coming out a winner. The letter may get to Anon but she could just destroy it and the whole thing done with it
Billy was loving the praise, if he was a cat he'd be purring. The question got a quick answer, "My last mistress only wanted me for cooking, I learned because she had me learn. The only thing I was good for, she used to say." The woman was also 400 pounds and would crush him of they tried anything, but bad things about former masters an mistresses just weren't said.
With the bite offered, he took it, he did not take a large bite but did take some. He had dissolved the smooth chocolate in his mouth at about the same time as that hand came onto his chest, he responded his voice a bit deeper as a result of the contact, "Thank you master." He looked up again to Risest, smiling warmly.

Lucifer thought about how to answer that, so he spoke as honestly as he could, and avoid some motivation, "I care about her, and she's given me a chance no one else would. Your wrong though." Lucifer went back on ages of troube and told him, "You cannot repair the damage, she'll never be able to be near you without thing about what happened. All your doing s causing more harm, I saw that when we walked to the tent after seeing you." Truth can hurt, he loved to make it sting.
Billy instantly wanted to thank that mistress, she made him learn something that made his master like him! He thought about his master's request, sure it wouldn't take long to melt some more up. The voice in his ear caused the pup to shiver, so excited and happy he'd about burst.
Only Risest's hand on him kept him seated and not jumping up to do as asked quickly "Yes, master, it will only take a minute or two to heat the chocolate back up to warm enough. I'll happily take care of that and prepare some strawberries for you." He was eager, this was something the master wanted, it would please him!

Lucifer just smiled and stated, "I am not the one who hurt her and maybe, she is my light as well." He admitted that, and wondered if it was more then just getting his powers back, but then it couldn't be, he didn't have a heart.
Billy did not so much as whimper when his ear was nipped, merely smiled and pulled chair so Risest could sit if he wished. "I will be done shortly, master!" He moved quickly, jumping from turning on the double boiler with mostly milted chocolate in it to the fridge to pull out fresh strawberries. Quickly, but efficiently, he cleaned them all, picking only the best of them for his master.
After drying the selection, he placed the plate on the table, moving his stuff out of the way with little care, clearly his masters things mattered much more to him. A moment for a bow to his master, then back to preparing the food. He moved back with eager haste to pick up the second pot with the chocolate in it form its double boil figuration to a serving pot. He placed it on a heating plate so it would stay warm.
Al though he was not asked, Billy also brought over a bowl of powdered sugar before asking, "What may I do for you, master?" His tail was freely wagging.

Lucifer told him, "I am not the nicest guy round and I have done some bad things in the past, but thats no reason to assume I am going to hurt her. Besides, if you want talk about more pain, talk about what you did to her in the arcade. Anon is safe with me, I don't wish her harmed either." He needed Anon, he just wouldn't tell this guy why.
Billy stood still when Risest's hand reached for him, his tail wagging behind him without missing a beat. His ears were poised to hear the command he was next to follow. He smiled even more and spoke, "Yes master, I love to follow what you say." He was completely honest about it, a lot of him was looking forward to pleasing, now and where it might lead.

Like I could see her after all that time and NOT hurt her. I'm really not that horrible of a guy. Things just went horribly wrong that day and it kills me to see her like this. With you. You know...forget this. >>He turned and started to walk again...towards Lucifers clearing<< I'm at least going to see my angel one last time.

Lucifer was quck to get back to where he was between Anon ad Trovil, "Think about that a moment, she is peacefully sleeping, finally comfortable enough to do so and you ant to risk your face being what she sees when she opens her eyes. Do you really want to hurt her that badly? Wait till morning, for her sanity." That was a completely unselfish thing too, it would honestly harm he was sure of that. No matter what, Trovil would have to find a way to kill him before he got into that tent!
Billy was eager, honestly enjoying the kiss. His tail never stopped wagging and he returned the kiss. There were some masters that would punish him for doing that out of command, but he couldn't help it without punishment to remind him of his place. He was not only trying to please, prove his worht in his own mind, but just plan enjoying himself.

Lucifer told him, "Agreed, five minutes alone." Hey, it was better then her waking up to find him looking over her. Turning, he made his way back to his tent, the inside. Settling into his furs, he closed his eyes and thought.
Risest almost pouted when the kiss ended, but the peck sent it away, plus he still remembered his lessons. He smiled warmly at Risest, his expression not guarded by fear or any feelings but happiness. "Thank you," he responded with warm smile, "you do as well, master. Your also a very good kisser." His compliment wasn not false, he meant it there was lot to compare too with his line of experince. If he wagged his tail any faster, he'd either take off, or his butt would be shaking with it.
