I know some people have asked about my Sanzo cosplay where a pecked Hakkai and Gojyo on the cheek. I finally got up enough balls to show you all my ugly a** cosplay. But mind you, this was 2002, I was new to the game. Also, I had my hair styled and colored to look like Sanzo's and let me say that man has the ******** ugliest haircut in the world. I will never, ever again cut my hair like this. Okay, in this first pic we're assulting an unsuspecting Gojyo. This guy didn't speak a lick of English. I'm pretty sure he never came back to the US for a convnetion after this. One more thing, yes, I'm wearing bunny ears. I was just in that kind of mood.....  Ugh, my a** is huge in this! That robe does not work with the female body, I'm tellin' ya. And now it's Hakkai's turn. This guy was great, he couldn't stop laughing. Kisses tickle!  The Sanzo costume makes me look fat. I will never do it again.

Great pictures! Jeez... I can't believe that you cut and colored your hair... I went for the wig. ^^ *rummages* I, somehow... don't have ANY pictures of me as Sanzo... oh wait. I do. But my costume was shifted and I didn't know it and hate the picture. whee I like my robe. I wear it around my house.

eek Damn, that's one awesome Gojyo. All the ones I saw at Otakon sucked, and I mean sucked.Remember that guy, Mere? Remember how I kinda looked at this really odd-looking guy, not having a CLUE who he was, but thought he looked familiar, then I was like, "OMG, the pants!!", and I freaked out? xd Ah, the good ol' days. And there was the 40-year old lesbian-looking crossplaying Gojyo that I had seen. *cringe* Maidez's gf actually gave her that name. SO BAD!! But yeah. whee You made a great Sanzo, there. And that Goku's one of the best I've seen (but then again, all of the Gokus I saw at Otakon all looked like crackheads). 3nodding And Mere... I have some pics of your Sanzo cosplay... ninja

I also had the crown but the stupid thing wouldn't stay on my head crying I also made the mistake of cutting back on make up and putting etreme eyeliner all around the bottom edge of my eyes to droop them up. I looked like a coke fiend who hadn't slept in 3 days, in other words, I was Sanzo. The gun was also with me, a very good gun I thought but the week before the convention there'd been shootings at LAX (that's the Los Angeles International Airport Soreyle wink That X, it's a weird American thing) So, anyway, they banned me from showing anyone my gun. My Goku had a tag put on her Nyuaibo (everyone has a different spelling) which made no sense because her weapon could have actually harmed someone. It has a stick with two heavy metal knobs at the end. Mine was a fake, painted gun. WTF Anime Expo. She was a great Goku, probably had the best damn shoulder pads.....ever!

LOL to the Gojyo. I totally remember that. We all walked right on by him, because he SUCKED. ^^
If you have a decent picture, Lena, you can put it up... for some reason beyond me I have no good pictures in my Sanzo outfit. That will change when I fix him up for Otakon this year! woot!
The gun... yeah. I think they look shitty enough with the orange top on the barrell that I would rather not carry one, although Sanzo without his gun... well, yeah. We'll see. Right now, I'm more worried about fixing the breastplate that I totally broke sweatdrop and getting my little black undershirt and sleeves done.
And the City of Baltimore considers anything over 8 feet and 300 pounds a weapon. They state that in Otakon's Weapons Policy. I had to laugh.
"What about the weirdos who want to be Transformers?"
"s**t, dude, you're right. They could kill someone with all those pointy side on the cardboard boxes.
"Totally. Make a Weapons Rule."
(Note: I had a picture to make this funny, but I seem to have lost it in my computer. le sigh)
