As I read this thread I found, these are close to what they where in the fax (someone obviously got there hands on them and changed them a bit, but this is VERY close to what I read from hq. yeah they really tried to keep them balanced. I thought they were pretty cool... obviously not up to the fluff, but they're a lot of fun. I thought (for once) gw had made primarch rules that could be used, but the fluff just kinda says NO.

Remember, Russ USED to be a tank commander. Then became a primarch somehow in the newer versions

sure, there's imperial psyker models already. some of those as their thralls... converted "inquisitors" and marines with marks of the inquisition and suchlike..
