why do i allways find SOMETHING to ruin my day?
no matter when it is where it is or why i allways find something to ruin my day weather its something that happaned to me or just something i heard about

this thread makes me want to just scream in frustration
on one hand i HATE people who dont mind their own ******** bussiness and look for people that break the rules (laws) to report them/turn them in

on the other i wouldnt be breaking the rules/laws in most cases so i useally wont care becuase ITS NON OF MY BUSSINESS

in this case police and mods actully crack down and get on everybodys backs about every little thing this would be a much happier world allthough we might not like going from a loose "who cares? i wont get a speeding ticket going 70 if the guy right next to me is going 90"
to actully getting punished when they do something wrong

there really is no excuse neutral
its not too much of a big deal but its still the law
at least two teens is better then a 16 year old girl

You missed the point.

Punishing them one at a time IS the scare tactic.

The point is that people who have not broken the rules yet but are going to would think better from it after witnessing what happened to a person who did the same thing.

Ergo, no punishment, no scare.
