Sayael rummaged around in his pack again and took out various bits of clothing which included a new shirt, a sort of cut vest, a belt and pants that were all completely normal and inconspicuous as far as getting around in a croud was concerned - they were also travel worthy. "This. It's some travel clothes I bought from a tinker a while ago." He looked rather pleased with his find. "Should be good enough - won't stand out a bit. Anyway, what's my face going to look like?" he asked curiously. He set the clothes across the saddle bag and quickly stripped to his underclothes before putting the new clothes on. Once done, his old clothes were folded relitively neatly and set back in the saddle bag, which was then closed.

Dax slipped the dress over his head before taking off his pants which joined his shirt in the bag. The clothing was obviously slacking in the chest, but that was just what Sayael would have to fix. Taking in the other prince's appearance in his new attire, he approached him to study his face closely. "Let me see.." he muttered to himself, eyes narrowed as his hands came up to either side of Sayael's face, cupping his cheeks. "Chocolatey brown eyes, and you earlier mentioned black hair. It would be darling if you had a small goatee. Nothing too big. I don't want it looking like you have a bush on your face."

((I'm reading d.gray-man and it's sooooo good. *is addicted* *3*))
Sayael had a strong inclination to lean forward, to... But he didn't. He simply made a face. "A goatie? I'm supposing you have no clue how hard and painful it is to get stuff out of facial hair... I gave myself a beard once and it was hell..." he said, lips turned down in a heavy pout. "What kind of hair do you want? I could have longer hair - not as long as yours, of course - or I could have a bald patch...."

Dax dropped his arms to his sides, a look of distaste plastered over his fair features at the last comment. "I want my husband to have a full head of lush and healthy hair, thank you," he said. "How about.. just barely off the shoulders." Before the other had time to respond, the slender blonde continued- "And the least you can do is have a goatee if I'm dressing like this. Besides, it shouldn't hurt as badly as a full beard. Pleease?" He puckered out his bottom lip and clasped his hands in front of himself in a pleading manner.

(Don't think I've heard of that.)

He frowned slightly, eyes drifting downward from the other's eyes momentarilly. "Fine," he muttured, turning around hastilly. For some reason, his cheeks felt hot... His scowl deapened and he murmured a few inauble words under his breath. There was a sudden flash of golden light and then there appeared to be... small threads of darkness weaving themselves around Sayael's skin. He had turned back around and grabbed Dax's wrist - the dark thread instantly moving to envelop the other, as well.

It was over in a few short minutes. Sayael let go of the other's wrist as the black threads as well as his - no! he wouldn't call it a blush - receeded. Sayael appeared to have grown at least two inches and aged to be about twently. His face was slightly narrower, his skin was darker, and - as promised - there was a small goatee on his chin. He scowled deeply, running a hand through thick, dark hair that just barely reached broad shoulders as deep drown eyes flickered back to fix on the other's appearance - which instantly made him smile. "You're cute, you know that?" he said, grinning slightly as he looked over his "work."

((xD I want to have some fun with Sayael... ninja

And D.Gray-man is awesome!!! >D I luuuuuff Allen Walker. I also like Rhode and Miranda. <3))

Dax immediatly tensed when Sayael took a hold of his wrist. It didn't help his nerves in the least when the dark threads began their move onto himself. He wasn't accustomed to such magics and was obviously nervous about the situation. Ideas such as 'What if something goes wrong?' and 'What if I permanently look different?" ran through his head as the minutes passed by. When everything seemed to be back to normal -or so he thought- the Ice Prince opened his eyes and released a heavy breath he didn't realize he had been holding. He looked over what had become of Sayael, definitely surprised. He had so many different traits, he wouldn't be able to recognize him if unaware of the transformation.

When the other's scowl turned into a grin, Dax took the moment to look down at himself.. and gasped sharply. Two mounds -his breasts- had popped up on his chest, filling the slack of the dress that had earlier been there. There was now more of a womanly curve in his hips and his shoulders went into a more graceful slope than before. His hand came up to pull a lock of his hair over his shoulder, seeing it had become that very 'strawberry blonde' Sayael had spoke of before. Green eyes, longer fingernails. He'd been made into a woman, for sure. It was then that the other's comment finally registered and caused a redness to rise across his cheeks. "I feel weird.." he mumbled.

"Hmm... maybe I should keep you like this," he murmured to himself, not really paying attention to what the other was saying. He realised what Dax had said and, giving the other a reasuring smile, said, "Don't worry, I won't, really. Besides, you'll get used to it..." He stopped himself from revealing anything further, not wanting to reveal any more of what he had had to under go in some of his transformations.... "You'll probably have to ride side-saddle now, though," he added thoughtfully. "I'll... er... I'll show you how if you can't get the knack of it," he murmured. His eyes glanced over the other's appearance again and then, feeling that he might as well make a compromise, gave the other a quick peck on the cheak, explaining this by murmuring something about having to get into 'character'.

((e.e I kinda want... Dax to force Sayael to switch their roles halfway through the journey. x3 Then Sayael can be a woman... xD ))
PostPosted: Fri Jul 28, 2006 7:44 pm

(Oh, no worries with that. Dax definitely doesn't intend to stay the lady the whole time. XP )

"And why exactly do you know how to ride side-sadd-" he started to question but was stopped short when Sayael's lips met his already warm cheeks. Get into character? "There is no one to get into character for!" he said quickly, jumbling each word together. Though he didn't think anyone was around, he kept his voice low with the accusation, just in case. His lips had tightened, attempting a scowl to hide his darkened blush. It didn't seem to be helping, so he marched over to his horse. With stiff movements, he hastily grabbed the pommel and the back of the saddle and hefted himself up. In habit, one leg started to swing its way over to the other side of the beast, but something went wrong. Due to the limitation of movement in the dress, his leg couldn't make its way over. 'Side-saddle!' he would've yelled at himself, but there wasn't time for reminders. With the swing of his leg, he had accidently jerked himself to too harshly and fell right off the other side of the horse and onto the ground. "Umph!" Not a soft landing.

Sayael had just been about to mount Isfahel, but looked over in time to see Dax fall off his horse. Suppressing a chuckle - which was much more suited to his new appearance than his regular laugh - he strode easily over to the other. He offered a hand to help the other. "If it's any conselation, I fell off the first time, too," he said with a bit of a grin before he realised what he had just given away - which immidiately made his smile... twitch slightly, although he kept it hitched in place. "Anyway, you need to practice some grace before we get to the city," he said, sticking his tongue out at the other.

If he wasn't so curious about Sayael and his knowledge of the side-saddle and his 'first time, too' then he would have threatened to cut the boy's tongue out if it came out of his mouth again. Being the proud prince that he was, Dax didn't take the offered hand and instead squirmed his own way back up to his feet with a huff. "I have plently of grace," he retorted, readjusting not only his dress but also his newly aquired chest as well. "It's just that I'm not used to this outfit is all."

Mie-tanuki
Rosaline listened intently, again feeling a stab of guilt as the other mentioned not being allowed into the woman's garden, but he still couldn't tell the other. If he did, it might lead him into relenquishing more information than he could really afford for. He frowned slightly - from his brother's quarters to his own and large enough for them not to meet? Then he must be someone important... but the possibility of Muertian being a prince never occured to Rosaline - perhaps in part because he didn't wish to know it. He looked up as the other stopped abruptly, wondering what had made him stop.
12. 12 names he had given thus far of courtyards. Muertian frowned and glanced to the side. Should he tell the dressmaker about the last garden? He hadn't been there since winter, though he knew Faryn visited the place weekly. He remembered finding his brother sitting in the snow in the black rose field; a place of queer beauty, yet... haunting. Muertian never saw his brother look so calm. He was unnerved by it. How could Faryn sit by where they both knew the ritual was performed .. and not mind it?

He looked back at Rosaline apologetically. "Well, the final garden is called Hades' Hold, or the Garden of Souls," he said quietly, circling around the fountain. "I beg your pardon, Miss, but I am not able to take you there. It is the only place a woman's soul isn't welcome in this castle."

Muertian walked back to where Rosaline was and smiled again. "Now, what would you like to see the most? I have no doubt Narcissa and Sylvia will be taking their time trying on your dazzling dresses. We'll have a bit of time."

'The only place a woman's soul isn't welcome.' It was getting even worse... Why did everyone have to think he was a woman? He just... he wasn't. Of course, it didn't really help that he tended to wear dresses or at least long shirts that were like dresses - but that was because he looked weird with just trousers and a shirt!! Plus, people would think he was a girl who... was trying to be tough... or something. And he would never be able to sell his dresses if he wore something so uncoordinated...

Lost in his own thoughts, he only just barely caught what the other said. "Hm? Oh... well, anywhere's fine, really," he murmured. He didn't mention his hope that wherever they went wouldn't have roses - the scent was weaker out in the open, but still quite obvious and if the other noticed.... Well, he was a "lady." He'd just be wearing perfume. He smiled somewhat hesitantly, not quite sure what he should ask for. After all, he hadn't been listening completely... The lack of sleep must be really taking its tole. "Somewhere... peaceful... and quiet." The thought of such a place - filled with light and the scent of flowers and, if he was lucky, a small burbling stream - was enough to make his smile become slightly dreamy. He was nearly about to yawn, but caught himself and turned it into a sort of sneez.

**

"Yes, you have princely grace. What you need is womanly grace. For now, at least." Sayael couldn't beleive he was having to unmask his... tries. There had been several occasions where he had had to pretend to be a 'pretty lady' to get what he needed - or wanted. But he wouldn't tell Dax that or the other would make him be the woman.

"Alright, Sayael," the blonde youth said with a curt nod as he leaned an elbow back on his horse who didn't seem to be paying any attention. "Since you're so well educated in that terrain of knowledge, do explain. Or better yet, demonstrate for me how to be as graceful as a woman." He was actually eager to see how he was supposedly going to be taught such tactics.

((Sayael's face: I_I ))
"... No." Sayael did not want to be a woman. Once having taken that appearance, the other would most likely demand that he stay like that. "I think I'd rathy have a clutzy wife, after all. It's cute." He managed to pull of a grin - just as dazzling as usual, although a little twitchy since the goatee was a little itchy - and walked forward to wrap his arms around the other. It was easier like this - if he pretended that it really was only for the sake of escape. Then he wouldn't have to have these... feelings. "Besides, I think being a clutz suits yous character more - hnn - how about Ellian?" His arms, although never tight around the other, had loosened to the point where he more standing beside Dax, with a hand on of of 'her' shoulders.

Peaceful and Quiet. That was rather broad, wasn't it? The Glen and The Rose Garden looked like the girliest places... the Rose Garden being a bit quieter than the Glen. And the Butterfly Garden was nice. Pluto loved that place. Hmm... yes! That seemed like a lovely place to start.

"Aha! I know the place!" Muertian grinned and offered Rosaline a flirtatious wink. Without any further declaration or excuse, he went to take the pink-haired dressmaker's hand in his own and tug it as he eagerly walked at a fast pace from garden to hall, through stone archway, and back through another courtyard.

"This is the East Courtyard," he informed Rosaline over his shoulder, yet didn't slow down very much in his pace at all. The spontaneous prince didn't feel the urge. Why bother with a boring, busier courtyard?

After a few moments passed and if he had indeed, successfully whipped Rosaline through a variety of complex stairwells and hallways, Muertian suddenly stopped and turned. He held out his arm to gently catch the 'lady' should the sudden halt have not permitted adequate time for Rosaline to stop fully. He smiled, pleased with himself. The pair was standing shady corridor, before an sunlit archway that past which must lie a rather beautiful place.

"So, Miss Rosaline, how much do you trust me thus far? I've made you run through the castle with me for such a tragically long period of time!" he exclaimed with a hint of sarcasm. The period hadn't been so long. He continued to smile, however. "You don't know me. Or for that matter... anything about me. And vice versa. But... if you would close your eyes right now ... I don't believe you'll regret it." He looked at the other with a childish eagerness. "What do you think?"
