Knock out wasent buying that what so ever. with how long they have been partners Breakdown never acted like this. " really, you always seem to dissaper when ever we would be in contact" like fazing or when Breakdown would wax and buff him. the larger Mech had been off and so he knew that something was up. "If theres something bothering you spit it out because Megatron is starting to think your losing your usefullness. and i dont want a new assistent" though battle wise Breakdown was still fine it was noticabul that he had been off lately.
"Ya read my mind" Ironhide said getting off the stone couch. "and ah dont really wana hear boss winging anymore." there was some things that he jest didnt want to hear. and with how Rodimus was with Medics you would think that they were all sparkless in how he would moan acting like he was in a lot of pain when really it was no big deal.

Week Later
-Airachnid somewhere in Africa .. yeah I acutlaly did it!-
Airachnid found the scene before her morbid to say the least. The mine enrtance was literd with what remained of the Vechicons stnaidn gaurd. Their energon was spalttered in an unnautral manner which inciated a quick and violent attack.
They had been dead not all that long from the stat of the enrgon spilled. Carefully making her way into the minning tunnel careful and awar eof ever soudn but here was nothing, it was to quite. Everythign was quit and still and the scene inside was worse than outside. It was choas inside energon splattered and stained everything peices of Vehicons ripped and torn scattered many of them looked .. particlaly eaten. Kneeling down the get a closer look at one she noted that hte neck was half eatne along with part of the upper torso.
Nothignon Earht coudl do this .. she knew that. A rogue Decpticon pehrpes could manage this levle of savagery but to paritclaly eat ...? No that was what was keepign her attention and making her legs twich and bristle. Stnading quickly and looking deep into the darkness around her Airachnid let out a low menacing hiss. "I cna fianlly repay you .. by taking your head!" She hissed anglery.
"Optimus that energon mine we had a spy bot at went dark just now... and I ean dark." Charoma called out seeing that their hack bot thye had placed at a romot site while out scouting had just went out. They only did that if something desotry ed them.
"Hey! I worked hard putting that hting out there!" Bubmlebee grumbled feeling as if some Vehicon foudn his hard planted spy bot and had stepped on it.

Watching the entrince from high in the air for that thing to leave, if anyone had to jest look they might have thought it was swoop, only he was much smarter. he was cerciling like a volcher on a kill. but he was jest waiting to see if there was anything left he could get some parts. Terrarsaur had seen that thing once before and he knew that he needed to stay far away from it, the ground was that things and the air, thankfuly was his. he knew that once it got its full he would leave and he could take a look around, hopefuly there will be something that BlackArichnea can use. though he wouldent hold his breath on that.
Optimus looked over at the screan, that was odd. normaly they dont go jest back like that. "I know Bumblebee...dont take it personly sometimes it happens" he said to the scout "But it is odd...some of us should go out there and see what could have caused it" From what they fathered before hand there was only veacons there so it shouldent be to heard. "Chroma...you feel like spying on some Veacons." she had the experince, and he would go along, and maybe Jazz as well. that he thought would be a good team, Bumblebee Prowl and Ironhide could handle things there, Rodimus couldent move and Ratchet was more useful there so this seemed to be the best thing they could do.

Airachnid listend to even the smallest sound but there was nothing, the occaisoanl sound of a dnagling body part creaking but that was it. No soft near inaudable clicking or slowly drilling, nothing. 'It's just a rogue .. not like he would come back after all this time ..' She thaught while reverting ot hr spider alt and with more speed htan she intened scuirred out fo the mine. The communication equipment in the mine had been totaled therefor she would need to reach the Nemesis on her own means.
As she was exiting the darkness and hte sunlight blidned her temparary she heard the tell tale sounds of a groudn bridge opening. Quickliy looking for the nearest safe haven she darted quickly up the side of the fliff and over the top just as the Autobts wlaked through.
'He can have you all for a snack if he is here.' She thaught. Perhapes they could draw the other out, if he WAS in fact even there to begin with.
Charoma raised an optic ridge at the grissly scene welcoming them. "So .. no one told me Skywarp was invited to the party." She said while wlaking over and lenaing down to exmine the mutilated corpse. "Not that I need to state the obvious but both of them are nonfunctioning." Consideirng one was missing the entire upper half of their body .. that was pretty dead. "The inside of the enrtance tunnel isn't lookign any less ugly ethier." She noted the splatted and and strewen energon.

Optimus didnt like the looks of this. "Well what ever did this, lets hope its not around still" he said getting ax out. If it was there they would need to deffend themselfs some how. "...these look like theyve been eaten " he noticed with some of them. he didnt see anything like this, and he hoped he never would have had to.
"Man dont even mention that guy, warp had bad vibes back in the war and if hes still around he seems to be given off even worse vibes" Jazz stated. There was nothing worse than fighting that seeker, and it only got worse as the war went on. it was clear that his mind had left at some point and he really hoped that this wasent Skywarp, that was the last thing they needed was a seeker that was completly insane and canabulistic. none of them would be able to suvrive and they could end up like these veacons.
Terrasaur keen eye noticed more going to the mine, not his problum if they were dumb enough to go in. though it might be heard for him to pick over for anything if they somehow lived. he watched as the spider climbed to hide above the mine as well. these looked more intelagent than the bots mineing. and having experinced it once there could be a chance he should worn them. But he wasent getting to close to it. thinking it over the spider would be the best bet. she was high enough and out of the mine. he pulled his wings in and dessended in a dive to the ground. spinning he transformed and landed on his feet behind the spider
"its still around, unless you and your team want to end up like those bots" he voiced. He hated that his voice box had been damiged and it made his voice a bit screachy it was something he had to live with now, that was nothing compared to what he had gone threw in the past.

Airachnid spun hearing, to be frank, a very unexpectedc voice behind her. No! 'Why now!' She thaught seeing well .. him again. She hissed low while her claws where out and her hand glowedc ready tofire. "Autobot fodder isn't my concern." She hissed low.'All these years .. and now...' No! Those thaughts and memroies would get her killed. "If what your syaing is true whatever's in there can have them, makes my job all the more easier."
So there WAS somehtign there. Something had eatne the Vehicons, but she wanted ot stya and find out if her own suspiciouns were correct or see if perhepes it was something else all together. "So .. why don't you tell me what's really in there Flyer?" She asked while letting her hands glow a darker red indicating she wans't asking.
"Just saying." Charoma shrugged while the gorup slowly made their way isnide, and she had been right the inside was far worse. "Say what you want about Skywarp this looks a bit .. to feral even for him." Though not by much if she had to give it any form of rating. Though she had to wonder if Skywarp was here on the planet how had he gotten here in the first place? The thaught that he had been here the whole time and no one knew was unsettling but perhpes not entirley unbeliable.
Finding the main contorl console of ht emine it looked bashed and beaten but perhpes still usable. "Looks like it may have some joice in it .. security might have cuahgt on recording what happened here .. assuming it has enough processing power left."

The Terradon rolled his eyes "if i wanted to attack you i would have by now" really there was no need for threats in his mind. Clearly he wouldent attack, and he didnt really care about this war at all. "i dont really know what it is. jest that it likes to kill." well from what he had seen anyway thats all that it seemed to want to do.
"im guessing thats not enough for you though...that thing is the closest thing to anchent predacons iv ever seen." He had never seen one but he knew they were sapost to be terrafing. and this really was that and a lot more. "dont say i didnt worn you spider" he crossed his arms, he was still going to see if he could get some spar parts. he jest needed to wait and if that ment here or in the air it made no deffernce.
Optimus stayed on alert, every little sound was amplafied and he could sware that there was something moving. "if there is anything get it fast. i dont want to be here longer than we have to" if there was anything on that that could help Chroma better find it fast. he hated being in closed spases like this, it was always hearder to fight in them, and he didnt know this airea so that was also going agest them.
Jazz narrowed his optics behind his vizer "theres something in here yo..." he said he could feel it and he didnt like what he felt at all, it was something that you get when your in the wastlands of Cybertron "dont want to ruin your gove...but were being hunted"

"Well the equipment is scrapped anyway." Charoma readied her feeling hte shiver frun down her back. "Well it's a biggie whatever it is or whoever." The occasioanl dripping sounds were off set by what soundign like somehting mobing, but it was so sublte that you literally couldn't tell the drip form hte possible slightering. Activiating her night vision she stared down one of th tunnels feeling .. an odd sensation coem over her. She couldn't place the feeling. There was something there.
Her optics narrowedand amplified as much as she oculd before she saw the slightest most indisingustable movment. "Optim-!" There was a flash and suddenly she felt searing pain mixed with the force of beign flung bakcwards. the recoild damage made her dizzy her body reconzied to move, anywhere hoenlsty.
She shot out of reflexed where she saw the blurrest flash of silver and red. One thing stuck out at her though ... The Teeth than the sound of it's roar.
Airachnid tilte her head ever so slightly at the soudn of something comignf orm the inside of the mine. "Well they can play with it than." Better them than her anyways. "So yoru syaing Flyer that that Thing is an acutal Predicon than?" She asked goign back to the red flyer.
Megatron woudl find a Predicon ... more than useful. Also she would be permently safe and in his eternle favor if she somehow managed to ensure the creatures capture. IF it was indeed real.

Optimus and Jazz were instenty on high alert, well even higher alert. All they saw was a blurr of silver. "what the hell was that" Optimus said holding his ax to do the best he could do with something ware he didnt know ware it was or even what it was. Though the trigger figuner that Chromia had didnt help in finding what ever it was but it was clear that it was bad now.
"I thought only Blurr could move that fast" the ninja bot had only ever seen the speed bot move like that, well it might not be as fast as Blurr but it was still fast and seemed to know how to use the shadows to hide not letting them get a good look at it.
Terrosaur narrowed his Optics looking to the internce "might as well be one." he had never seen anything like that thing before and nothing he knew of was as bad as that thing, well there was a few things that came from experince but he didnt like remburing those. "once its done there, it will go after you...and if your thinking that Megatron would like it...that thing would eat threw cons like there engergon so dont even think about trying to catch it" He was once like that, thinking on doing anything to gane favor but that was a long time ago.

The inpact with the wall kept Charoma from going any furhter back but it didn't stop the loud crunch and crack that came with her collision. Without thinking or hesitating she unloaded in the .. Thing's direction. Direction because it had already moved. It didn't seem to matter if they even aimed or not the thing kept moving in and out so fast that a most a shot would land but not evne faze it.
The teeth and claws stood out the most on it to her and she menatlly noted to lok up in the Black ops data base if somehting matched.
Optimus had managed to hit the thing swuare in the jaw as it had turned to snap him in half. The full inpact form the axe, which did a number normally, simply halted theThing's motiona nd for a split second it looked amused if nto somewhat annoyed.
"Who says I"m the one hauling it in." Airachnid had no intention of doing something like that, she's had Breakdown or someone do all the work before she stepped in. Claiming the prize today or not she would gain some favor for brining the information to Megatron regardless.
"As fun as chattign with you has been I have plans else where." She didn't waiste a second more before transforming into her acutaly flight mode and tkaing off at full speed.

Optimus was starting to think comeing here was not the best idea. then again they didnt have any idea this would be there. He knew being in the dark was not a good idea, if they could get out into the open then they could atlest get a look at what was in there possabuly. "We need to get out well get boxed in if we stay in here" He felt like an animal being hunted by something bigger.
He could hear it moving around still and ware ever they thought it was going to be it wasent. He had more luck fighting Megatron than this thing, and well he was honestly more afried of this thing at the moment. He couldent attackb what he couldent see. And the fact that it haddent shown itself ment it was eather very smart or jest was some kind of predator.
The red flyer watched the spider change and fly off. "cant say i didnt worn her" he said. ' but why did i worn her ' He thought as he took off himself to cercial once again, He was going to get something out of this but still why worn anyone, he didnt care if they dided or not, if they got killed by that thing then that was there fault.

"Just throwing this out but night vison is a no go." Charoma reached for one of the few gernades she bothered to bring with her and decided .. why the frag not! "Also fire in the hole!" Though perhapes acutlaly giving a heads up would have given them a better head start. Well to late to think about that as she hurtled the gernade at where hse saw their attacker heading towards hopign to cathc it off gaurd.
"Word ot wise we may want to get out of here beofre tha thting blows!" Charoma was already running at full speed towards the enterance along with the other behind her. She hadn't sopped to see if her gernade had acutlaly landed and made it's mark.

"Fall back" Optimus ordered though he dident really think he needed to. Jest get out of the cave before that thing blew and hope what ever was in there with them would be blown to the pit. the tree ran out bearly getting out and knowing that thing was there and possabuly fallowing them, they got out nearly getting the damamge from the granade themself. luckly they didnt but the moment they were out Optimus was on guard, normaly nothing could suvrive that but he knew that he was proven wrong in the past and that to expect the unexpected was a must in this kind of situation.

The explosion literally sent htem flying back a few yeards despite being well out of blast damage radious. Teh sound was deafening and rubble flew in all direction and when the dust settled at that remaiend of the mine was smoking pile of rock. "So .. think it's dead?" Charoma finally asked sense no one spoke for a good long while. Hell even if that thing survived the blast, as unlikely as it was, it was buried and sevrly injured. "So boss you wanna stick around and see if we can dig it's burnt hide out or call it a day? Or see if it pops out?" She asked while shrugging while lighly nursing her injury. Well she could still move and shoot at least.
Deeper beneath the surface it hissed whiel rocks filled it's mouth as it mpushed upward and forward and all directions. Clawing biting and tearing everything it coudl touch in it's way to get back to the surface.

"Id rather not be here to find out" Optimus said as he commed in for a ground brige to get back to the base. If that thing was alive or not he wanted to leave before it got out. He knew that this was out of there league the brige opened and opened up and he wasent going to wast time in getting threw it. first he watched Jazz and Chromia go threw before going in and appering in the base the next moment. He got relived hearing it close.
he could see that Prowl was looking at them wondering what happened. and he couldent blame them. "Ill inform everyone after Ratchet looks at us" he said going to the med bay
