The prince looked at the sleeping face with a smile. "I love you." he whispered, knowing the other couldn't hear him. Silver eyes closing as he fell asleep.

The morning was warm, body shifted until he remembered Leo was on him. He smiled, arching his back somewhat to hear a pop before opening his eyes. It appeared the teen was awake. "Good morning." he whispered before scanning the carriage, both their clothes haphazardly on the opposing side. "I think it would serve us both well if we dressed." and brought Leo's hands to his lips, kissing the back of it.

Elliot took his clothing and began to dress himself, standing and peering past the curtains. "It appears the guards are still asleep. Henry is awake." He said softly, finishing his pants and working on covering his torso. Leo came to help him with his buttons and his jacket and cape, and he let him. Of course when the Falien picked up his boots the man tried to protest, but apparently the servant wouldn't hear it, Elliot sitting down and letting the boy work. "I slept wonderfully. Did you sleep well?" And stood once again to peek out the window. Where was Ipo?

"Oh how you slept was all right. I did not mind it whatsoever." His back was a little stiff, but it would no doubt get better. "There is nothing to forgive, Lily. I allowed it so you are not in the wrong." He unlocked the door as the Falian asked his question. "No, No I'm curious as to where Ipo went. Henry-" He opened the door, calling the driver's name but almost instantly the hare was hanging upside down. He smiled, opening his mouth to speak until the prince more or less gave a headbutt to the teen, said person fallign nd curling up on the ground.

"Good morning Prince Elliot.' He groaned , ears lowered as he held his face.

"Ipo! I apologize greatly!" Elliot exclaimed, ignoring the redness on his head as he walked out and crouched down. Henry was only chuckling in the background muttering an 'I warned him' under his breath. "What possessed you to do something so dangerous?"

"It would wake you up."

"It certainly woke the guards up. No I am awake." And pressed his hand to the forehead, quickly forming some ice. "Hold that to your head to keep down the swelling." What an eventful way to wake up.

Ipo held the ice to his head, looking at the prince. "Master your head is bruising just as badly as mine."

"Is it?" Elliot touched his forehead, noticing it was indeed tender until soft giggles met his ears, both his and Ipo's turning to Lily before the girl exploded with the laughter. Even Henry and the guards looked over from their spot in the grass. Elliot felt himself smile as well, giving a small laugh. "I suppose it is funny." And continued to chuckle, helping Ipo to his feet.

Ipo nodded, though laughing a little louder than Elliot. "Despite the headache." And moved the ice to his other hand, continuing to hold it. "Might want to get the Master somethign to cover his forehead with, it's getting a bump."

Elliot tried to frown at the other, but Lily's laughter made it hard, prince only shaking his head with a smile before turning to the still laughing Falian. "Remember to breathe now." he responded through another loose chuckle.

"No it is fine. I've never seen you laugh before and it's pleasant."

Ipo looked at Elliot. "I'v enever seen you laugh before either, Master."

"I just laughed."

"But not as loud as Mistress Lily."

Elliot stared at the hare as the blue-eyed boy healed their foreheads. Change of topic, giving a small thanks to Lily as he walked to where Henry was cooking something. "Why has her title gone from 'miss' to 'mistress' Ipo?"

The hare thought, sitting down beside one of the guards. "I don't know. Maybe what you two did in the carriage makes her a mistress. Not a personal servant nor a concubine. You treat her to well to be a concubine."

"That's 'nuf outta you." Henry said with a somewhat hard edge. "Eat." And handed a bowl of rice soup to the hare, before the guards, then to Leo and Elliot.

"I agree with Henry, Ipo, that is not a proper topic during a meal. Let us change conversation, like the newly recruited guards.' They stiffened and sat up straighter. "Tell me about yourselves. Family? Wives? I will try to remember your names but I am terrible with them."

Henry nodded at Lily. "Wife taught me how to make it. Hers always tastes better."

The three guards looked between themselves, one elbowing another before the tan one spoke. "I-I am from the eastern peninsula, Mansow, and I've no family of my own, your highness." He murmured.

"Oh, another one from out of the country. How exciting." Ipo said with a smile. "Exotic! Foreign! Alien! I could go on forever."

"Don't." Both Elliot and Henry said.

The second guard quickly ate a spoonful before speaking. "I am from Nalenyr, so there's not much to say. But I am curious, aren't personal servants supposed to be the same gender as their handler?"

The third guard choked on his soup, turning to cough and clear his throat. "P-Pardon?" He asked hoarsely.

"What's a bentien?" Ipo asked curiously.

Elliot shook his head. "It is a title she had in her previous home and she no longer has it here in this country." he said quickly. "She is my personal servant here and that is all."

"But I would really rather know, Master." And much like Henry had done to the previous footman, he smacked Ipo on the back of his head. "Changed my mind. Don't care. what about you, third guard?

The man looked down, face dark red. "I previously lived in Reta before moving here for a better life. The pay is greater here, and it supports my family."

Elliot nodded. "Wonderful decision. Our knights are some of our highest paid military units." But made a mental note that he would never get close to Leo.
