Jack kissed her hard, as if he was staking a claim and in a way, he was. Alex was his and only his. "Something from your childhood. Something good, happy." He ran his hand up her leg gently rubbing softly.

Alex smiled after the kiss and nodded,"Well...I remember when I was really happy when I got my first horse...my parents laughed whenever I fell off but they always told to try again."

Jack rubbed her arms gently looking at her. "Do you miss them?" he asked quietly. "Your parents. You never talk about them."

Alex nodded slowly,"Yeah...ever since they were killed...I changed from a loving good girl to a stealing bad girl on the streets.." she looked at the ground.

Jack hugged her tightly rubbing her back. "What happened, Al?" he whispered. "You can tell me. Get it out of your system."

Alex had tears in her eyes and she nodded,"My parents they were doctors who healed the homeless and the people that were poor. One day they were at their office while I was at home alone. I guard ran up to me that told me that my parents were killed by pirates. I was cared by my mothers friend adn then she died of a sickness that couldn't be cured. I ran away thinking taht I was a disease that killed people that I loved, I got on a ship and went to the island were you met me, I stayed there from when I was 12 to the day you met me."

He lifted her into his lap and held her for what seemed like a long time. "You've been alone your whole life," he said softly brushing hair from her face looking at her tenderly. "Your not a disease Alex. Don't believe bad things about yourself, because their not true. Your a beautiful, perfect woman." He kissed her. "My woman."

Alex smiled and nodded, then she got closer to him and she put her head on his shoulder and she wrapped her arms around his chest.

jack smiled and laid her down on the bed. "Sleep, Alex. You need rest." He kissed her head and walked to the door. "To much stress will make you old," he joked closing the door behind him. He chuckled.

Alex rolled her eyes and she closed her eyes smiling and she fell asleep.
Lucia was leaning on the rail and her was flowing in the wind she was really worried but she tried her best not to show it.
