its how i handled the 8 ppl who decided to join rain right after i opened XD
and we have 1 chunin in the village. By the end of training we will have 4, and me and Rus SHOULD become Sanin.
Then we will start holding intro personal exams OR join in the war and earn promotions that way.

@Scrapples: Yep, we're gona have like battalions of soldiers after we're done.
So far we almost have enough younglings to have 4 4-man squads.
We'll promote one person from each squad to be the squad leader.
Two of the quad leaders will report to me, and the other two will report to Sin.
And then me and Sin report to Alicia xD
@Sin: I hope we get to become sannin =O
And I hope we get to learn the rain jutsu's soon =/

lol I don't know why, but for some reason our rain characters seem to be taking their sweet time ranking up compared to other people xD

Sabia fought Stitch FTW, I fought 2 vs 1 battle with my tactical wit, and now were on our way to drop Stitch off at the Amekages.
Overall I say we did pretty well
