After practising the spells even more, Lena decided she had practised enough to deserve a break. She sat down at her desk and, putting her head on the desk she looked out the windows at the quidditch pitch, the forest and the lake. A brilliant sun was shining and a soft wind was blowing, causing the lake to glitter and the trees to bend slightly on one side. A beautiful weather it was. She therefore decided she would go practice quidditch techniques after classes and her mind travelled away from the classroom as she thought of new quidditch techniques she hadn’t tried yet.

"Okay class it's about time we had a new lesson, so here we go." Kenneth pulled out his wand and then cleared off the previous assignment and replaced it with the new one. "As you can see I've changed up the way we are going to be performing the assignments, from now on I'm going to combine the class's among the different years. 1st and 2nd years will practice with each, 3rd through 5th years will practice together and finally 6th and 7th will practice together. With that major change announced we can begin with the lessons." Kenneth strode back to the front of the room and stood in front of his desk so all the students could clearly see him.
"Let's start with the first and second years assignment, today you will be practicing with a partner or two depending on how many there are of you today. The spell for you today is called the 'Curse of the Bogies.' It's incantation is 'Mucus ad Nauseam,' the curse gives the recipient a strong cold, one that can make him or her collapse if not treated. You will take turns casting the spell on each other, when you have successfully cast the Curse of the Bogies on your partner you will need to cast Fintie to end the spell before they collapse."
"Okay moving on to 3rd and 4th years, today you will be practicing just like the 1st and 2nd years with a partner or two. You will be casting Levicorpus on each other. The incarnation for said spell is Levicorpus, pronounced lev-ee-COR-pus. The spell will cause your partner to be lifted by their ankle and suspended in the air. This spell is a good way to distract an oppenent even more so if the sudden jerk causes them to drop there wand. The counter-spell for Levicorpus is Liberacorpus, pronounced LIB-er-ah-cor-pus. It will cause your partner to drop back to the ground. Now I know that some of you wont be able to pull this off, but performing the spell non-verbally will give you an extra amount of surprise."
"Finally we come to the 5th, 6th and 7th years assignment. My lovely N.E.W.T students will be practicing transportation via a Vanishing Cabinet." Kenneth once again flicked his wand and two Vanishing Cabinets appeared in the class room. "A pair of Vanishing Cabinets, such as the two before you now," he said as he pointed at the cabinets "will act as a passage between two places. Objects placed in one cabinet will appear in the other. The cabinets seem to ward off all known defensive spells, as they were successfully used to transport several Death Eaters from Borgin and Burkes into Hogwarts School, on the night that Albus Dumbledore was thought to have been murdered by Severus Snape. If one cabinet is broken, a transferred object moves to a kind of limbo. Vanishing Cabinets were highly popular during the First Wizarding War; in the event of a Death Eater attack, one could simply disappear to the other cabinet until the danger had passed. The spell to transport ones self between links cabinets is Harmonia Nectere Passus."
Kenneth walked over to the cabinet on the left open the door and stepped inside. From inside the cabinet the students could hear the muffled sounds of his voice as he said "Harmonia Nectere Passus." Within seconds the other cabinets door swung open and Kenneth stepped out. "As you can see its not to difficult, well I wouldn't say that, it does take some will to make it happen. Similar to the way it takes will to Apparate."
Kenneth walked back to his desk and said, "If there are no questions you may break up into partners and begin. 5th, 6th, and 7th years just form a single file line in front of the left cabinet and take turns trying to transport yourself into the right cabinet."
