I agree with Sanshi that the system needs to be fixed, but put it on your list of things to do. In the meantime, I would just require people to put an explanation on if they want to reduce the amount of steps.

Please leave mod work to mods, if you have a complaint I'm glad you speaking about it.
We'll take it to consideration.
But as stated before, were all pretty busy with updating the jutsu, chakra system, etc.
If its ridiculous, don't complain. Sit there and take it, or don't become a taijutsu user if its that difficult.
You must also take note that we can't fix everything once someone complains, it may take a few weeks. Nobody says I was doing that, but I'm not gonna argue. You seem to misunderstand now.
Me saying that, was ending conversation on that topic as it'll be a waste of both of our times.

Sanshi, Sanari, I don't think it is open to debate, a comment or concern is posted in the thread for such matters, and when a mod says they are busy, you say, "Thank in advance for any consideration you may give it." Bow and walk away. It's how it works in the dojo I don't see why a guild is any different. You don't argue or disagree with the upper ranks, you ask for help and thank them politely whether any is given or not.

I just said I agreed with Sanshi, but said for the Mod to put it on his to do list. I have no problem waiting, but if you sit there and allow flawed systems to remain the guild will only become scrambled later when they become a concern. But this isn't my problem, its Sanshi's.

Jay-Z pumps out a song every two months, and it's almost always on the top ten. so even if he spends eternity in hell, he'd probibly accept it if he thinks he'll be remembered.

In all seriousness, everyone, even mods have to look higher up the echelon before we go and do whatever we want. We can't just just follow every suggestion and just do it. On top of that, mods have real lives. (That's a shocker) Theat's a good enough reason in itself, but Aaron is right, Chunnin exam prep is under way so our attention is mostly focused on that. On the other hand we are developing a chakra system that we want to get out before the exams. Be patient, we will get to it eventually. We mods want to RP at some point too. xD
