Especially since there are around half a dozen people who've been here longer than I have and haven't posted once. I'm not sure what criteria we could use for the teachers though, but I agree a lot of the classes have been slowing down. I have a couple teachers I haven't talked to from my original set of classes.

I agree with Liv its time for some pruning, let the members who have been active have 1st crack at the teaching slots, even if they have to create a whole new OC just for the Professor. In the end it may come down to that as we only have a hand full of actual frequent posters as it is, and we can't afford to lose student OC's. Seeing as we don't have any written rules about having more than one OC at a time, it shouldn't be a problem. We will just need to enforce that the 1st thing people do when accepted is to create a character profile for their OC's.

I'd be willing to try teaching as long as I can remain a student for a while. Honestly don't know if I would be too good at it or not hehe. Also probably would be best if my student wouldn't be in the same class as my teacher...

What if we only ask students who are older, since they are closer to graduating and either leaving the guild or starting off again anyways? And we could start a pool of students who are eligible and want to have a position. That way there is always a back up, and maybe a substitute if the teacher is busy. (Like Grubblyplank I guess).
As for the requirements, I think teachers should either have a new lesson every week, or at least keep up with the lesson and frequently post each day if the unit is long. Maybe a quota of ten posts a week in the guild minimum for starters, unlike students, which is two.

Hahah XD and yes i do agree with liviana, sorry im a bit late on getting back to this, but yea. Charms as well, the teacher messaged me saying she will not quit, but she doesn't really want to teach her anymore, i can kick her out when i find a replacement type of thing =/ so charms, muggle studies, possibly divination if it doesnt get a bit more active..ill message her...and i may already have found someone for flying and apparition

Okay, I saw Ghaleon mentioned a Hogwarts Easter and how it was never mentioned in the book so....for the next big event could we do a school-wide scavenger hunt? Sing you're good at riddles! Could you have something hidden and the first person to interpret the poem and go to the room to post wins something?

I do try and tell the teachers who dont post frequently to pick it up, but i cant exactly go to their house and make them XD and thanks! i didnt know i was good at riddles, but we can keep thinking about that and i can post a bunch of easter eggs around at like, 5am on easter morning XD biggrin
