Now she was really confused. First he was staring into her eyes, then he was looking at the sun, then he leaned on her shoulder, then he sat right back up. What in the world was going on? Did she do something? Was something wrong? Surely he couldn't be nervous like she was. No no, that was out of the question. u_u Hmmm.

"Aly, is there something wrong with me?" she suddenly blurted out. It only seemed logical that his rather erratic, jumpy behavior meant there was something wrong with her. After all, he was a lot more calm and relaxed and comfortable with other people. In her mind, it *had* to be her. Surely.

O___o OMG. He kissed her. A *real* kiss, not one on the cheek or forehead like moms and dads do all the time. This was a real one, an affectionate one. She had almost completely forgotten what those were like.

Even if he didn't sound completely certain in denying there was something wrong with her, she was flattered and charmed. In her mind, she was still doing the happy dance from the kiss as there was a pause, most probably as he was watching her for a reaction. She just gave a silly smile.

Heee. "I didn't really come over to watch the sun," she blurted out dreamily.

O________________O Hoshit. Did she just say that aloud? Twitching a little, she tried not to panic at the thought that she had just said something that made her sound something like.. well.. a slut. u_u;;; Why... why was she always getting so nervous she ruined all these moments? Why did he have to be so gawddamned sexah. ;_;

For a moment she was a blabbering idiot, half-expecting Aly to be so repulsed by her statement he'd get up and walk away or something. Not knowing this was a rather rhetorical question, or at least one that should be answered in actions, she started to reply several times to no avail.

After several seconds of blathering, she decided that talking would get her absolutely no where. And... she was on his veranda... out of the sight of the public... with him leaning in and acting... er... attracted. This was not the time to self-conscious.

She should probably be considering at this moment how to respond appropriately so she didn't come off as a tease or easy. Instead she was noticing his amazing eyes and hair. And a shirt that she rather thought he might be better without.

Come on, Sy. Make a move. So she she did, leaning in and kissing him with perhaps a little more fervor than he might expect... except... she was so nervous and carried away she started to lean on him rather unexpectadly.

He was obviously not objecting to her boldness, but at the same time she was somewhat hesistant. She wasn't exactly sure that... that this was something she should be doing on the first day... sort of... assaulting him with a kiss. Pulling back a moment she was washed over with a certain sense of worry. What would he think of her now? Was it too much?

"I-I'm sorry... I shouldn't... just... I mean, you..." o_o Oooh, he looked kinda cute all mussed up. n_n She wasn't about to flee, far from it, but she bit her lip. With no more of an idea of what a date was supposed to be like except some "guidance" from Nyxa, she was uncertain. "I don't want you to... to think badly of me.... because..."

She wasn't quite sure what he meant with "Mhm," whether it was a "Of course I won't objectify you and call you a slut in the morning" or a "Yeah, whatever, I WANT SEXXORZ." This slightly worried her, to the point she was considering whether or not she wanted to stay here.

But then it occurred to her that if he was just in it for the sex, it might as well be good and now rather than later... and... if he discarded her in the morning he wasn't worth it. Gradually she assured herself, as he pressed against her, that this night surely wouldn't ruin everything.

Yes. Besides. It had been a long time for her too.

When Sy started to awake, the first thing she noted was the sun in her eyes. =_= As she went to roll over and put a pillow over her head she noticed there was something... warm next to her. o___o As her eyes suddenly opened wide, she was alarmed, surprised to find herself... in... bed with... with Aly! >_< Remembering the night before coherently, she didn't really regret it, but at the same time she feared his reaction. He didn't seem quite himself and... and she was afraid of him waking only to reject her in the morning. It was just easier to be the one to leave first.

Carefully inching her way out of the bed, she fetched a blanket to cover Aly with as she went about getting her clothes back on, and quickly. She wasn't entirely sure how late she had slept in, but she had the sinking feeling she was going to be late for work, if she went at all.

The house was just too cramped and boring for Fae's taste, and she soon walked into the Centre with her new outfit on. Covering her slender (and almost frail) legs, a watery-pastel green skirt stretched down around her ankles, and a tree-bark brown top with slightly puffed shoulders. Her wooden sandals cluncked against the Centre floor as she looked down to her gryphon, checking sure that Pueblo was still there.

Seeing that she was, she scanned the room for the source of the voice. Ah, it was Anakiro. The first thing to notice, however, were his ears. It wasn't that uncommon to see people wearing cat ear headbands, though, and for a moment, she just gaped. "Er, uhm. Sorry." She quickly blushed and stuck out the book she had been carrying. "I brought my data log if you'd like to look through it. I don't know how it may help you..." She trailed off quietly.
