I'd have to say your best bet would be to just go with it.
he dodged the windwaker, has his doll supporting himself over the surface of the arena somehow, and has shoveled dirt onto it simulataneously to negate the electricity making it a danger.

Kojima Shiro That's sad if you think it's the same. <_<
I would hate winning by default, which might end up doing, cause, Haseo won't fight. :c
Lucky you Red you got your fight with Hymn, I been watching it and enjoying it. I like how he just arced electricity across his heart.

Hey, Fef, let's be fair here. He arced lightning across his heart. not electricity. lol

Esquire Mitch Hey, Fef, let's be fair here. He arced lightning across his heart. not electricity. lol And he's still ******** moving to boot! I really want to know what the ******** is going on with his system! Get me some of that special rubber lining for MY heart! XD

....I just realized something when you said that Mirouni.
And Zaine I apologize, and you too Mir. And anyone else who did this, cause it is looking to be a common tactic lately. But if you charge a gigantic metal disc like that full of electicity, and it's set firmly into the ground. Won't it quickly discharge into the ground? you know, where all electricity just loves going.
I'm not entirely sure but it seems logical.
so...thoughts?

You are right Mitch, but the electricity would still disperse through the metal of the disk since metal is highly conductive of electrical currents of all types.
And also, I'm usin kido which I can manipulate XD

But only after the electricity widly dissipates from the epicenter of where the charge was being initiated. Electricity travels in all directions to find the fastest path to the ground, but largely it travels downwards. So if you charge something like our Adamantine ring, most of it will be lost within the first few feet around where the charge initiated, after that it will only be minimal effect... Stepping on it would be like stepping on one of those hand buzzer toys. Enough to surprise you, but not enough to have any real affect. And if you where wearing rubber soled shoes like a proper AMERICAN you wouldn't even feel it XD

Because it isn't set firmly into the ground, for starters. TheWickedTruth Basic coliseum setup, a round arena raised off of the ground made of solid Adamantium, which spans a good hundred meters in diameter.
And secondly, because Kiisho has dominance over lightning, it will do what he tells it to, and not more, or less.

So quick query. Lets say the large adamantine disc was nestled in a huge and thick rubber and insulating shell, so it wasn't actually grounded. Could a charge even go into it? or what would happen?

And as a small thought.
stages for things like theater and other performances are 'raised off the ground' It doesn't mean they are hovering, no, it just means they are at a slightly higher elevation then the rest of the surroundign area. Thats how I took what she said about it being 'raised off the ground' that is is higher, like a stage, not hovering for some inexplicable reason.
If someone touched it tho, without touching the ground at the same time, just hopped onto it. they would be insulated as well and wouldn't complete the circuit, and so they wouldn't get shocked, right?

Wrong. Lightning is dynamic, it doesn't follow a set path. The disc may have been grounded, but if you touch it, you still take the pain.
