Luna squirmed nervously. "Maybe I should go in there and talk to him..."Luna was being eaten alive knowing her only child, the only one who wanted her as a mother, wouldn't talk to her.

Luna nodded and got up then proceeded to walk down the hall to Dylan's room. She knocked on the door. "Dylan, it is mommy, I'm coming in okay..." Luna walks into the room and closes the door behind her.

Dylan jumped up to the bed as he looked up at the ceiling thinking. "Hmmm...." he closed his eyes remembering flashbacks of his past.

"I wonder..." Zero turns into his wolf form and jumps over to the wall and begins to walk on the ceiling. "Hey this is fun"

Luna sat on the edge of Dylans bed and looked at him quietly. "Dylan, please tell me what is on your mind...You can talk to Mommy about anything, you know that right? Mommy loves you more than anything in the whole wide world, and when you are sad mommy is sad too..." Luna rubbed Dylan's head with a sad smile.

Dylan turned to look at the wall ignoring as he let out a large sigh. "Mommy, why did we gave up on him?"he said while hiding his face on the pillow.

Luna rubbed his back. "Dark seemed to be the perfect guy when I met him but...he rarely showed up. He would come every once in a while and steal a kiss but that is all. And even when we mated half-way, he never even made mommy his full mate. He upset powerful people and killed Dr. Shade and your grandpa Yuri but lucky for Yuri he is immortal.Then he disappeared. I all I waited and waited for him hoping everything would get better but...things got worse. When I sent you to go live with your teacher Dark, I thought I was going to be killed for sure, and I wanted you to be safe. You Dylan are my first priority, and he endangered your life. I must and will make any changes for your heath and well being..You might be a little confused because You teacher and my Ex-Mate have the same name..."

Dylan turned back looking at her as he was holding back his tears, he sniffled his nose. "but...mommy....what if he comes back...and sees you with another man?"he asked uncertain about the reaction he would have. "I mean what if...it wasn't his fault,about endangering my life, I know how to protect myself and I know he didn't do it on purpose."

Zero jumps off the ceiling landing quietly on the floor. I do hope he understands... and these people aren't easy to beat no matter who you are, Zero thought to himself

Luna held Dylan close to her slowly rocking him trying to calm him. "I'm sorry, I know how hard this is...he wasn't around much but I see you had a bond with him..When he returns...if he returns...I will tell him I am with another. He didn't fully make me his and someone else stole me from him just like he stole me from another."

Zero lies down near the entrance to the building and falls asleep his tail wrapped around him like a blanket reminding him of his long lost mother.

Luna got up from the bed and gave Dylan a kiss on the head. "I pray you have the space in your heart for him and accept him...I'm not saying you have to today or tomorrow but...please just think about it. You might come to like him once you get to know him..." Luna then walked outside the palace quietly feeling cold and sad.

Zero wakes up feeling Luna's presence out side. "Luna?"changing into his true form.  He walks up behind Luna. "Are you okay..."placing his hand slowly on her's.
