"Alright" Said Bradley with a small nod. His hand was still tight on his sisters arm, a warning to keep her hyper active nature under control.
Emily, though often childish by nature, was smart enough to interpret this gesture. The pale young woman made her way to the other side of the room and began looking around, leaving the others to their business. Mother seemed to think that they should get out on their own, seeing as they had finished their home schooling. She had given them a week to find a new home before she chose for them. This place seemed nice enough, so she really had no objections to it, plus the people around here looked nice as far as she could tell. Leaving her brother there, he would call her once he was gone, she made her way out of the building

Nikolai followed the landlord inside the other room, taking the clipboard when it was handed to him. He bit lightly at his lower lip and looked up from the paper. "Um...this may sound like an odd question...but are either of the two apartments left on the dark side? I mean...as in does not get direct sunlight?"
Saber nodded a little, his fingers now idley caressing the small of her back. "I do trust you." He paused for a moment then spoke again. "It is others that I find hard to trust..."

Misaki stood silently, sort of behind Nikolai, with a hand on his shoulder as she bounced from foot to foot, waiting.

Bastian frown, thinking. "I'm fairly certain that they both get fairly exposed to sunlight at some point in the day, we're positioned sort of badly for that sort of thing." He spoke sympathetically, for it was a problem he and Bianca had encountered early or and had to fortify with blackout curtains and painted window panes.
Ophelia sighed softly, contently, closing her eyes and nuzzling into his chest. "I understand. And I appreciate it. It just means you're looking out for me."

Nikolai frowned a little and looked back to the paper. He felt like he should just sign in since he was already there but the sunlight would cause him a lot of trouble. "I...do not know if I can sign... The sun would be very troubling..."
"I'd always look out for you...so long as you'll have me." He began to lightly massage the small of her back, his fingers working in small soft circles.

Misaki pouted slightly, knowing that he needed a place to stay. She looked to Bastian and bowed her head. Anou... is there any blocks from magic? she asked. Because I'm fairly certain I could put a charm on the window to block the sunlight without damaging it if he ever moved out, she said with a nod, keeping her brown eyes on the floor.

Bastian shook his head gently, "There aren't any blocks, and I understand perfectly about the problems you could have with sunlight. My brother and sister and I have simmilar ailments. If there's anything I can do to help make your accomodation more comfortable, I'd be glad to help."
"I know you would," she said, nuzzling his chest lightly and pressing a hand into his back, "I know that, because I know that I'd always have you."
With the sneer still smeared across his face, Lucius appeared in his own basement apartment, carrying the unconsious Ashili over his shoulder. With a sigh, he heaved her onto the bed, none too gently, but she wasn't hurt, either. He ran his hands under his hood and through his hair, squeezing his eyes shut and pacing, aggravatedly. What in hell to do now?

Misaki smiled faintly then looked to Nikolai, waiting for his reply.
Ashili wasn't twitching at all, instead, her body lay limp, unconscious, not breathing on the bed. Her eyelids didn't move, and a faint white aura was cocooning her body.

Nikolai looked from the landlord to Misaki. "I would be very greatful if you were able to do that for me." He smiled a little then began signing the leese in the appropriate places.
Saber smiled a little then kissed the top of her head. "How about we finish up then get something to eat. Do you want to fix something here or go out?"

Bastian smiled, vaugely, sitting back in his chair. He shouldn't be feeling so ******** fluffy after what he'd just found out, but he couldn't help it, at least a little bit. "Not a problem at all, I'd be happy to help."
She nodded, brightly, tilting her head to get her hair a little wet. "Sounds good to me. Lets go out though, we haven't for a while."
Lucius didn't pay any atention. It was getting too closed to sunup for his taste, and he was getting sleepy. He stalked over to the fridge and threw it open. There wasn't much food left inside, but there was a plentiful store of liquor. He snatched a concoction with vodka and cracked it open as he stalked back to the bed. Sitting down, he strted to kick off his boots as he downed a quarter of the bottle all at once. He didn't get drunk anymore, he just like the burning, bitter taste.

Good, so I might be able to help, Misaki smiled happily, giving Nikolai's shoulder a squeeze.
Ashili's eyes fluttered open, though they were all blanked out white, her image fading to that of a woman in a white fur coat, her hair black and let down, long, and she had folded against her back large white feathered wings. She sat up, gasping as she looked around, scared as she didn't know where she was.

After Nikolai finished filling out the leese, he handed it back to the landlord. He then reached into his side pouch and pulled out several gold coins. "I..um..I am not sure if you accept this currency for a downpayment..but it is all that I have..."
Saber reached around to help her with her hair, putting a small bit of shampoo on his hands before rubbing it into her hair. "Where would you like to go then? I'm not really sure what I'm in the mood for..."

Bastian blinked in utter awe at the amount of money laid before him. The currency, given the cost of gold at the moment, the size of the coins ... the possibility took him aback for a moment before he looked up at the other and grinned, sure he'd about to be told they were a joke. "Sir, you've just laid down enough to permentantly buy a room in this building, I'm sure I can handle that currency." He slid half the coins back to Nikolai, gnetly. "How about I take this, and let you stay as long as you need to, no other rent paid?"
By the time she ahd awoken, the sun had come up and Lucius was out like a light. He'd started out on the bed as far away from her as possible, but by now had rolled over and shifted so much that he'd wound up nearly under her arms and with a soft, harmless, almost sweet expression on his mostly-blank face.
She closed her eyes and moaned aloud, shivering. If there was anything that Ophelia loved it was having her hair played with, with washing hardly an acception. "Mmmm ... we could just go to the coffee house ... or we could go back home and see everyone. Or we could go to the Star and get tanked." She grinned up at him, playfully.

Misaki, also astounded by the gold coins, smiled a goofy little grin before looking to Nikolai. Looks like you got yourself set, cutie.
The woman looked down to the now sleeping vampire and her scared expression melted away, being replaced by a small smile as she layed beside him, gently stroking his cheek before soon falling fast asleep as well.

Nikolai tilted his head a little, a bit confused by the landlord's reaction. But it seemed to be a good one so he wasn't too worried. "No other rent to pay? Are you sure? I do not need any special treatment or anything." Of course, though, he didn't really realized how much the coins were actually worth. He then looked to Misaki. "I suppose I do...though I think I will have to do something with the windows before being completely 'set'."
Saber chuckled lighting when hearing her moan, his head dipping down for a moment to kiss the side of her neck. "Hm...coffee to wake us up, large amounts of good food, or getting drunk and wild. That's a tough choice you've laid infront of me," he said with a grin, his fingers countining to lather her hair.
