tobi passed out from loosing so much chakra at once
hokage:"ur a uchia i hated u the minute u came into my village! now u will be locked up till the day u r killed!"
two ninjas picked up the net andand took tobi out of it closing it again

Torgrita: "TOBI!!!" Looks back at the hokage. "why did you have to bring kakashi intoit...why not leave him alone!!" she said with a bit of discust in her voice. she was hoping that kakashi would come to his senses and help her but she knew the chances were thin. "why third..why?!?!" She screamed so loud so she hoped kakashi could her.

kakashi lifted his head hearing her
"i dont care if she is a traitor she is my friend"
kakashi jumped into the trees
a ninja picked up tobi and jumped into the trees
hokage:"dont worry torgrita he will be ok..maybe he is also a uchia but his punishment will be greater since he has destroyed a couple villages.."
ninja holding tobi:"right hokage ill be sure not to get blood on me"
the hokage took of tobi's mask and stabbed a kunai trew it shattering it to pieces

"TOBI!!!" Black chakura starts flowing around me. "You now what hokage...After i kill you...I hope kakashi isn't too mad at me." Curse mark spreads. (hurry up kakashi i cant keep control of it forever!)

"ur the traitor hokage.."
the ninja with tobi starts to run off
hokage:"im the hokage im more powerful then everyone onc ei get rid of all the uchia! sasuke was first but he joined u guys just when i was gona have him killed"

Kira was done takeing her walk and she walked back in to the hid-out and saw Hidan wake and walked up behined the cohec and said "Hidan can i talk to you"

"silent sleep jutsu forbidden scroll!"
kakashi held up to the jutsu and cut torgrita free
--now for tobi--
tobi woke up and noticed he was tied to a tree that was 5 stories tall
"crap!!!!"
the ninja appeared and started to cut the rope

Tor jumped up and kicked him in the face. tor then helped tobi down and chidoried the ninja in the face.

knifes r trown at the hokage
