Kiki never kept her eyes off the target as she slowly walked towards the bushes.
She started to lean forward, searching the ground.
Her heel hit a branch, snapping it.
Nervously her head darted to it for a moment, as do most people in such pressing situations.

Malis tried once again to drain the Sacred Gaia from Shef, but to no avail.
"What the hell are you?!" he screeched as he pointed at the boy, "You.. You're not human!!"

A blade of wind came at Malis from behind - like a mighty monster of a sword. It was Kiki's change to deliver a double blow and possibly end Malis for good! "Why do you think he's still alive?" Kiki didn't use her handy dandy lightsabre.
Instead after the gust of wind blew a vine was wrapped aorund Malis's neck, and tied. Tightly. He may as well watch himself die. Kiki's hand grasped her lightsabre now, and held it at the ready.

"You... You...!!!"
Malis writhed as his body soon became engulfed in snow-white flames.
"YOU... FOOLS!!!"
He screamed, and everything withing a somewhat large radius was blasted away by a very powerful shockwave of shining light. Kiki and the wind user would be blown a far distance away from Malis, and extremely weakened, if they were not already unconscious. This shockwave was pure Lumah energy; the energy that consumes the Sacred Gaia from it's victims.
Malis then spun around, yanking the vine off of his neck as he did.
"You will never defeat me!" he roared, "Never!"

Suddenly Floreta was in front of him - she hadn't even been directly behind him when she had attacked. She had been up in the air. Beautiful butterfly wings had burst from her back, sparkling in the light. Alhiria felt her strength return, and raised her head. "Floreta..." There was something different about the gentle girl now. Her eyes seemed to gleam red. She raised a hand. Lashed out with a powerful slice of wind towards Malis' torso, and then allowed the wind to lift her up into the air and out of harm's way. Her threat lingered in the air. "You'll pay for what you did to Alhiria.""You were the person I wanted to be." I wonder what you'd say,

Shef had not moved. He then fell, onto his knees, shaking. His soul had been violated. His being had been infiltrated. But yet... he was still whole. Or, as whole as he had been before.
"What..." Shef began, trembling. He rose to one foot, balancing both hands on the ground. "What happened to my Dad?"
A blade of light formed in Shef's hands. He rose completely, fazed but seemingly unharmed by Malis' onslaught. Shef advanced with an unsteady, erratic, but nevertheless advancing stride. He held the blade with two hands. He got closer, even as Malis traded attacks with the others. His voice was quiet, but deathly emotional.
"Tell me."

With a swish of the cape, Malis had deflected the wind blast with no effort at all, sending it cleaving through several trees. He then turned to Shef, his eyes shining white with power.
"You father is... was... the most pathetic soul I have ever devoured." what his simple, disturbing reply.
He laughed and clenched his fist in front of his face.
"He begged for his life, pleading to be spared." he giggled, "I offered to give him a special proposition, but he refused..."
His grin stretched from ear to ear.
"...and then he was dead."

Regond's eyes widened with fear.
"Oh, no..." he gasped, "He was not supposed to find out just yet...! Damn you, Malis!"

Shef's mouth hung agape and he dropped to his knees once again. This time, however, he was not physically distraught but emotionally wrecked.
...Dead?
"No, it can't be. . ." Shef trailed off, voice distinctly lacking emotion. Pain and fear racked his body, causing mini-convulsions to shiver across him. Distress and chaotic, frenzied, panic rolled off of his body in waves. The very air began to stink of pain--of loss--of realization.
"You. . . killed him . . . ?"
Shef's fist clenched the dirt below. He put one foot up again, and rose to stand on one knee. Arms trembling, he rose both and a bow of light formed in his arms. This was an amazingly sturdy contraption, which creaked and tensed as it was pulled, the solid bolt of solar energy forming only after the greatbow had been fully drawn, with no apparent effort to Shef.
"I'll kill you," Shef said, then released the bolt. It flew with all the speed of a crossbow bolt, able to pierce the greatest shield of energy.
