Alex looked at Engela and nodded "yes Aunt Engela..may i call you that?" he added at the end and then looked at his father and mother swallowing hard noticing Aura's anxiety
Leon sighed "no easy way to say this...but war is slowly approaching and there's no way for you guys to aviod this but you have a choice to make none of us here can force you to form a unit together but no matter where you run you will face war."

Engela blinked at him. "If you want to," she replied, looking a little startled. Then she, too, turned to listen to Vix and Leon.

It was one thing to fight bandits and riff-raff. But open war... Listening to the parents, Artemis couldn't help but shiver. From the stories he heard from the Silverwolfs as well as any other 'older' people, the last war was VERY bad and bloody. When he attacked those bandits and saw them die, it startled him but he did it cause it was his choice. But this war that was coming was no choice. Either fight for good or do nothing. It was obvious what he was gonna do, but still. To declare yourself a fighter in a war would mean one of two things: You live or you die.

Alex looked at his dad and mom and at Engela and then around the room at all the faces 'war' he thought 'but...how' there had to be more that he was unaware of
Leon nodded "we can guide and offer advice if you come to us and don't be afraid too you have an advantage of knowing people who have war-time experience an advantage some of us didn't have"

Alexa's eyes closed slowly, and a little smile formed as she drew Kirra closer.

Vix's eyes softened as she looked at her son. "There are a lot of factors in this," she said quietly. "Far too many to explain right now. But war is war, and it's up to you children whether you want to band together or fight apart."

Alex looked at his mom his eyes welled up slightly he looked at his father he looked around trying not to think cynically but..what if he never saw his parents again and what about his sister he barely felt her presence anymore what if she was already a casualty of war or worse what if they drew blades against each other he sat down over whelmed as his mind raced
Leon looked around "i hate to be one to push but time is not a factor the sooner we can start to train you to work together learn commands the better"

After their talk, Einon returned to the room and sat down next to his sister. Leaning over while Vix and Leon talked, he whispered: "Thanks again, sis." He put his arm around her and hugged her slightly then sat up straight and nodded. "My powers and blade were meant for war. I am following in my father's place."
Making up his mind also, Artemis twirled his staff and put it in the middle of the 'group'. "I choose, here and now, to do all I can to fight against those that would harm others. Til death." The gem on the top of his staff began to glow white, pulsing with energy.
((OOC: I kinda have a little plan with the energy thing. Everyone puts their hand on the staff and it kinda 'binds' us together, like we can sense where each other is sorta thing.. IF that's okay. Just the 'group unity' whatevernessocity (hehe).))

She raised her hand as though making a sacred pledge and said, "By the power bestowed on me and my second personality, we'll fight for right and justice and rainbows and puppies and all those good things. Naomi tilted her head slightly. War... the most danger she'd ever been in was almost burning down the house. While she was a little disturbed by the thought of war, she was quite excited too. "Alright then. I'm in."
Sora listened to the others talk. When it grew silent, Sora decided with a shrug, "Bring it."

Ivy smirked. "It will be my pleasure." She watched as Maverick disappeared behind his tent, then looked to the other soldiers, still panting from that last fight. "All right Maggots, coffee hour is over!" she announced. "This is serious this time." She smirked. "You guys will be no match for those squirts when I'm through with you." The soldiers each swallowed hard simultaneously, but spoke not a word.

Maverick grunted as he was bandaged up and his injuries treated he stared those kids would face real war soon and they would run with their tails tucked between their legs

Kasai awoke and shot into a sitting position, looking around, trying to figure out where he was.
Arashi slaughtered the entire bandit camp, without any of them knowing.
