You get the error item from zomg.
You got to the area left of the bar, and there will be some guy there standing next a ladder or something...yeah. Then you talk to him, board the ship, go through three loads, and the it says *Map Timeout* or whatever. yeah. Then you go back to the guy, wait, ad you get the item...XD
I love my explanation.
