AAAHH...

crying

It was SADDDDDDD

>.<

We had to write TWO big essays (not so bad).

What was bad was that I couldn't finish them in time...

T.T

But then again, I did prep.

Who prepares anyhow?

-Rant entrance-

I mean seriously, STUDYING is pointless...

I mean, you're going to probably forget all of that stuff.

-end rant...-

Long rant, eh?

Ironically, I learned more during that test than I ever did through homework...

Omg...high five -___-'
LA/SS = -dies-
Essays=munch
-sigh-
Oh well, hopefully it won't drop my grades too much...
I prepare for essays! Not that it helps much, because usually the prompts end up totally unrelated to what I prepared for -.-'
Who's left in America's Next Top Model? (I haven't had time to watch TV in ages ><)
Ohhhh today is Grey's Anatomy =D

Hrm...but studying usually doesn't help much unless it's an objective test. Or short answer, or stuffs like that. For essays...-twitches and falls over dead-

Yea, I can't believe she had us write out our thesis, literary elements, and how Sophie changes.

T.T

I mean, I didn't do it and I got penalized...

BLAH.

T.T

I'm going to do it now, AFTER the test.

I find that pointless though...

x]

Yesh, I'm a bad student...

rofl

Oh well...as long as I get a good grade on the Mesopotamian and Christian [G/g]od(s) Compare and Contrast...

T.T

By the way, any music suggestions? I'm kinda dead.

I haven't been on much-but I love you all! ^^ Hey-thanks to the most recent Ravenclaw who gave me the Monk robes (does model pose in new avatar appearance) What do you think?! Yayness.

I hope you have all been doing well-and have been getting into the christmas spirit-and living through the school tests and stuff like that...grumble. I've had to read Othello, The Odyssey, and now Macbeth too-not that I'm complaining, but these classes are hitting me hard. At least it's not anything horribly boring to read.

This guild continues to amaze me with how awesome it is. I've never been on a guild where we give gifts to each other, put up happy holiday greetings in each other's profiles or other such things! I think it is very fun, and gets everyone involved. Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this. Have a fantastic day!

Lol, Empress_Cat, I hope you have a wonderful holiday season too. This year is...very stressful...-pokes school-
But it's break! So we should be having fun, not studying for when school comes back (or making up the cumulative stuff we were supposed to do since a long time ago but procrastinated on...)

I just finished my last final!! Yay! I am so happy ::dances the happy dance:: My first official semester of college is finally over. I think I did okay on my japanese final, except it asked me to translate english into japanese and it had words like exciting, lively, hard and such and I (like the idiot I am sweatdrop ) completely forgot what the words were in japanese. The multiple choice questions were pretty easy, I had to read an essay written in japanese and answer t/f questions from the essay. The kanji was difficult, because I forgot what some of them were. (A typical sentence in japanese is like this:私 わ 図書館 で 勉強島した。) Which basically is I studied in the library or if you would like to read it aloud in japanese: watashi was toshokan de benkyoushimashita. So the final was all right I thought it was going to be harder. I hate writing essays, even though the 5 page paper for my music class was a piece of cake! I had to interview a band and basically just research the music genre. I picked my friend's band-Monarch Party and they are progressive metal. I researched the genre and filled up the last two pages about the genre history. The interview took up 3 pages! So that was so easy! Orna I do have a pora bear but it's a 2nd gen, I don't think its evolved yet. Also, I do agree with the studying thing in college. I studied like crazy for my japanese, music and math class. The only class I didn't study for was history and basically because that class was this:read historical non-fic, answer discussion questions, do discussion on friday and write 2 five paragraph essays. If you went to class every single day (which it was only on Friday) you didn't have to take the midterm and final. That was the easiest class that I had ever taken. In high school I also studied like crazy, but really the class that I've studied the most for has to be human anatomy and physiology. Turayza, ANTM is over! Shalisha won! Thanks Empress cat! Have a fantastic day yourself!
Just for randomnes, my name in japanese is バーバーラ ロドリグス If anybody would like their name in Japanese just ask me!

Wow - it seems like there is a lot going on in everyone's lives right now! I hope to see you all soon at the Yule Ball!

I've been putting up e-decorations (Myspace, etc) for the holidays and I decided to make a Christmas mix to send out to friends - so I thought I'd post the link here for you all! It's a sendspace link, and it's a zipped file. Here is the link!

The tracks are:
"The Greatest Time of Year" by Aly and AJ
"Little Drummer Boy" by Josh Groban
"Sleigh Ride" by Relient K
"12 Days of Christmas" by Relient K
"Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer" by Jack Johnson (I love this version!)
"Run Rudolph Run" by Hanson
"The Prayer" by Celine Dion
"Winder Wonderland" by Jason Mraz
"Happy Christmas Day" by Oliver Boyd & the Remembralls
"Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses
"Grown-Up Christmas List, Live" by Kelly Clarkson
"I Want a Hippopotamas for Christmas" by Shirley Temple
"Carol of the Bells" by Emily Rossum
"Last Christmas" by Wham!
"Maybe this Christmas" by Ron Sexsmith
"When My Heart Finds Christmas" by Harry Connick Jr.
"What a Year for a New Year" by Dan Wilson
"All I Want for Christmas Is You" by Olivia Olsen

Download if you want them - don't if you don't! I just though you might enjoy. smile There is a Wizard Rock song in there (Happy Christmas Day) from the Leaky Cauldron's charity CD called Jingle Spells. Only thing I ask is that you not share the link with others, I don't want to be distributing songs to a lot of people - this is like making you a christmas CD (but since none of us know each other in real life..). Let me know if you download and enjoy!
