Craig found some form of humor in the androids comments. He looked to Mark, speaking with coldness not suited to the comment made. "Well, you've found your sap to listen for the gods. The main things is needing to mobilize a quick enough defense force against Purifier attacks..." He looked to the human. "What contacts do you have in the military or law enforcement... someone to listen to us seriously.."

"No one. I have met nobody, not in the armed forces. However, we should be defense enough, if we're fast enough, and we can be fast enough. I am capable of commandeering any vehicle or aircraft necessary to our purpose. You tell us where to go, I get us there."

((Just so you know, Bayer, I was waiting for Mike to post before I did. I guess I'm weird, but I usually honor an established "order" of posting, such as the one we had between you, me, and Mike. I haven't left, don't worry. ^^))
Amadeus wasn't sure what kind of "contacts" he could get. True, he was in the national guard, but someone of his standing would certainly have no chance of obtaining a meeting with some of the military's top brass...
... Unless someone of his standing was in the presence of a super-human God-construct and a cyborg that could grow weapons out of his arms. "If you two are willing to help (and I'm pretty sure you are), I could definitely get in contact with the military's highest-ranking officials. Considering the magnitude of devestation suffered by the Pentagon, they'd be more than willing to listen, especially when they see your... abilities."
He turned to look at Craig, then Mark. "So it's up to you two to decide whether it would be advisable to initiate a mobilization of the United States Armed Forces." He looked at Mark. "If you think we are 'defense enough', then perhaps it would be better to keep the military on high alert instead of amassing an army at one location. However," he turned to Craig, "you probably have a better idea of how much force is required to defeat these purifiers, and maybe mobilizing the military IS a good idea after all.
"So you two need to come to a decision about how to advise the military, and then we can go from there."

(( domokun It would be really great if you guys present yourselves to the US Army and get tied sdown and captured out of the military's suspicions. They can't just take a mere soldier's word for two dangerous beings to be allies. With all the supernatural events going on, the soldier could even be mind controled for all they know. They'd have to burden you guys with all those weird tests, and over all use you as puppets and experiments in some far away freezer. lol ))
Amati landed on the soft dirty snow-filledgrass at the very edge of a high mountain where a broken down mine shack was situated mon, and a devastated landslide-rampaged city layed wasted on the mountain's foot. Sakeri arrived at a radical speed, and knocked over the wolf into falling. (Sorry if this is character puppetry, but it's debatable rofl . Amati's standing on the very edge, and gets surprised by Sakeri crashing towards him lol.) Kin giggled and made a portion of the mountainside sprout outwards like liquid, an odd action for a solid compact dirt, but even weirder as it fulffed up, and broke the two beings' fall, even making them bounce for as high as three inches! That... blob.... of dirt rose up like a cloud, and gently placed the two back on the mountain's edge, merging with the snowy grass and soldifying into slammed in tors of rockthat rose up over buried grass.
Kin laughed briefly as he bent down to eye them closely, "You weren't thinking of falling, were you?" He specially eyed on Sakeri, of whome he found amusing with all her fragile thoughts. 'I feel almost lucky on this one. It was worth staying by her after all...' He smirked, though deep down he knew it was because of something else he did not recognize.

((Hrm. Thanks for reminding us.))
"Well... there are possible, if perhaps not probable, problems with talking to the military," Mark replied. "We might be attacked, they might not trust us. On the other hand, the nation might have to believe us." Pausing, Mark looked to Amadeus. "How do you think your people would react to this?"

[[Lol, I probably accidently set it up that way... I love making cliffhangers.]]
Horror struck her when Sakeri found herself in mid-air, yet again. The fall left her completely breathless, and her eyes began to water. A furred paw reached out for Amati; he quickly grabbed hold and wrapped his arms protectively around her. She knew, he intended to take most of the impact, and began to struggle.
"No," she mumbled, struggling. The ground actually rose to greet them, much to the duo's surprise, and they land with soft BLOOPs as they bounced on an unusually soft surface. Sakeri looked surprisingly aroung her, gasping for air. She was still alive. Her hands moved quickly to pat her living body, making sure she was really there. A breathless laugh escaped her, before she whirled around to see if Amati was alright. He stood wearily, coughing up the dust he inhaled in the fall. Kin had move toward the two, his playful face beaming with joy.
"You weren't thinking of falling, were you?" he inquired, his eye twinkling with mystery. She let out another breathless laugh, simply happy to be alive. Sakeri rose to her, shaking her head in disbelief as she dusted herself off.
"I thought I was gonna die," she laughed. "Again." Amati glared at the man, coughing up yet another dust cloud. His coarse hands beat the dust out of his clothes ruthlessly, lips clenched in frustration.
How can she be laughing? he growled quietly. We almost died... AGAIN. Thanks to that no good low-life, grmph... The dramatics earlier seemed to be washed away by the serenity of the sun, glittering across the green grass a they bent to the soft blown winds. She tucked a stray strand, flying around, behind her ears as the wind whistled its sweet hello.
Suddenly, her objective assaulted her with a vengence and all at once, her facade grew grave.
Power... she thought. We need more power. Sakeri whirled around to face Kin, claws bared.
"Let's clear the field," she said with a grin.
[[HAHAHAHAHAHA! Lost my train of thought. ^_^ I think my Mom cut it along with my hair. Anyhoo, I was thinking fight until one of us loses, build characters, then fight again. I'm thinking about setting up the next fight in the twin towers. Have the purifiers direct attacks toward the towers to instigate the war we're having today, then have the defenders stop it. Big fight scene that no one sees, which results in the crumpling of the two towers. But, seriously, if it offends you or makes you really really depressed you can PM me politely about it, and I'll withdraw this offer. Also, if it does get rejected... we're going to need to pick a new location. I just sorta wanted to relate it to our world, so we could better get in touch with it. Oh! And, level two before we start the next really big battle. Try for it. 3 wins = 1 level.]]

~*~♥ ♥ ♥~*~ Izzy let herself lean against Ryn's' wing. Her eyes were still closed, and it took her a second to actually releize that Ryn said they were flying. Her eyes flew open and she looked around again, but this time, she looked down. That was it, when she had looked before, she could kinda see that differance in space, but she hadn't comprehended that they were flying. Her body went rigid, almost shaking and her breaths seemed heavier and paniked. What freaked her out more, was that, they were sitting on nothing. There was normaly some visale... something underneath someone when they are sitting. Her fear of falling and dying seemed to get stronger. If they fell, whatever was holing them failed, at this great of a speed, she'd go hurtling toword the ground, and such and imapct with the ground would surley kill her. Even though Ryn was still injured, he could at least unfold his wings and possibly glide, and Tamwyn, the person who seemingly caused them to fly like this, could obviously save herself. But she could also just let Izzy and Ryn fall, trying to kill them, and while, she hadn't done anything hostle yet, and she had said she ment no harm, but she could have lied easily. How could Izzy know to trust her? although, she trusted Nendir and Ryn easily enough, why not Tamwyn? She just needed to calm down. ~*~♥ ♥ ♥~*~

Amadeus paused for a second when Mark brought up his point. "I... I'm not sure. It's true that they might not trust us. The more I think about it, the more I'm uncertain whether your gun-arm trick will impress them or frighten them. I suppose I can tell them that if they don't cooperate, our world will be obliterated from existence. That way, they would have to choose between being afraid of a couple of cyborgs or afraid of absolute annihilation.
"You bring up a very important point, though. We'll have to proceed cautiously." He turned to Craig. "Perhaps you have a suggestion or two?"

((I have writer's block. I'm noncommittal for the moment. But I'll go ahead and post something.))
a'Ariella flew on. She was worried about Tamwyn - as much as she could be. Her nature didn't allow for many deep thoughts or troubling emotions. But the astra was definitely looking green around the gills. There, came a tired voice in her head. a'Ariella nearly stopped flying in her surprise. What? Vancouver, Tamwyn said to her. It's down there. I recognize it from the survey maps of Earth I memorized. Oh, a'Ariella sighed in relief. I'll head down then. Tamwyn nodded and said nothing. Tamwyn? a'Ariella asked after a few minutes. Tamwyn grunted. What is it? I understand why you're in human form, and why you're helping these people, and even why you destroyed those demons, a'Ariella said. She hesitated. I just don't understand why... it's so important to you to do these things. Tamwyn remained silent for a few moments. Well, she said finally. I can't answer your question as completely as you wish me to. Part of it is that this is my mission, and I cannot reveal what that is yet, even to you. But part of it... Tamwyn trailed off. "Part of it even I don't understand," she whispered. The lights of the city were getting close now. "Take us down slightly outside the city," Tamwyn ordered. "From what I know about humans, they're not likely to accept the male as he is until we get him a disguise."
((There. And I need your names in the RP... I don't want to keep labeling you, it gets boring and awkward...))

The trip from Washington to Vancouver was, luckily, not a long one. The only real trouble came when she was stopped at the border. She frowned as she rolled into the line. As she came up to the counter she smiled politely and reached for her purse for the necessary items, items that she had forged a while ago. The problem was, that when she reached for her purse it wasn't there.
The man at the border patrol frowned at her. He was probably going to tell her to get out of line. Shale didn't want that, she didn't want to waste time having to return back home with stolen car in toll. So instead she used a different method.
She didn't shift, instead she looked at the man, their eyes meeting. Though she perferred physical contact, this would do too. As their eyes met suddenly her brain was slammed with memories, flooding through her like torrents of water. She blinked, the contact was broken and she had at least one piece that she wanted.
The guy was diroriented, probably realizing something happened to him, but not exactly sure what. While he was still slightly out of it she caught his eyes again and replayed the memory, just an ordinary college girl, showing her birth certificate and driver's licenses. He went through the motions, saying the same things he said back then and Shale replying with the same answers the girl had.
She was let through, as soon as she was able, she pushed her foot down on the gas and was zooming away, but she didn't get far before she pulled over. Panting, she shivered in the car, her hands reaching up to clutch her brain as images after images spread through her. She was so close to Vancouver, but she couldn't move. Instead she continued lying in the car, slumped, replaying just a tiny collections of memories.

In a small, two story suburban home, just outside a bustling city, was a well known young man, who was gifted with great athetlicism, as well as immense intelligence. However, what very many people seem to not understand, or question, is how he became so great. He would never study or exercise, and yet he excelled against all others. What many people do not know, is that this young man is truly creation of the god's view of perfection. However, the gods never meddled with his life, not since he was within his mother's womb. As he lived a normal, yet " perfect " life, the gods closely watched him, waiting to bring about his destiny.
Now, it is this young man's twenty-first birthday, and during the night, the gods have visited him once more. They told him the history and sins of the planet he was given birth to, and was told of his destiny to come. Angsk my boy, it has been almost twenty-one years since we have last spoken to you. Your days living among these wretched humans has come to an end. We give you the White Gloves Revoluxion and Revelaxian. The power of these glows will become known to you over time my boy. However, we the gods, need you help us cleanse this planet of the cursed humans. The man's dream was interrupted by a chord of sounds, ranging from yelling, to party blowers.
As he openned his eyes and looked who it was, he noticed something cover his hands, the gloves from his dreams, as well as a full white attire. When he looked up at the door, he noticed it was his " Mother " and " Father. " As they greeted him happy birthday, he suddenly thought back at his dream, The people you call your " Mother " and your " Father " are one of these corrupted humans.. We need you to cleans these pests from the world we created, as well as the other plagues.. He looked at his " Parents " and greeted them, " Hello Mother and Father... "
An evil grin appeared on his face, and his gloves formed into large blades. Suddenly, screams and cries for help are heard from the outside of his home, but immediately disappear. Soon, the young man was seen exiting the front door of his house, carrying a backpack, still in his clean white clothing, however blood can be seen dripping from his bare hands. You did very well my child, very well. Keep yourself hidden for now, wait for other ones like you, those who also wish to cleanse this land, to emerge, and accompany them. For now, head to the city, and find them. The man, Angsk begins walking down the sidewalk, carrying his backpack over his shoulder, towards the bustling city...

Ryn sighed as Izzy began to freak out, and noticed instantly when they began to descend. Hugging her in his wing, he quietly said,"Don't worry... We're descending, and if we did fall, I would catch you. I promise."
He smiled at her, before glancing at Tamwyn, and saying,"I don't think we ever introduced ourselves. I'm Ryn, and this is Izzy."

Ch'Karra lifted his head out of the shadow of the dumpster. The cat was already nervous, he had made sure of that. Prey always tasted better when it was scared. He silently leapt out of the shadow, and in one strike, killed it. He mused about how he liked these newfound powers, and he devoured the cat whole, leaving nothing for the other street animals. He strolled down the alleyway, looking for a place to nap after his snack. He paused. His head cocked to the side slightly as his nose picked up scents he had never smelled before. They were all different, yet had the same little tang on the end, the same one he had. He realized this must be why the voices sent him here, to find others like him. He rushed to the edge of the city, the source of the scents, dashing in and out of shadows as he went, to avoid the annoying humans. He paused in the shadow of a large tree as he saw the three strange beings slowly falling from the sky. One of them was carrying a human. He did not understand what purpose this human held to ones such as himself, but he felt content to watch and listen before he approached them.
