Every paragraph should be about a different generalization from the book. The problem is, there is one main generalization, and then details supporting it throughout.

Try filler words to take up space.
Use "can not" instead of "can't"
Use "The reason behind this is" instead of "Because"

Also, make sure it completely makes sense before you do it.

It's a book about UFOs. XD
I just didn't know that the whole book would be disproving UFO stories.
