"Idiot couldn't have told us before?" Bakura grumbled after cursing a little. "Come on. We've got two horses, right? So we'll have to pair up. I don't like the idea of those two sharing a horse, they may just ride off together." He glared at Ryou. "I can go with the boy."

Rei nodded "Alright I'll ride with the girl. We should hurry." rei said

Bakura nodded and grabbed Ryou's arm, tugging him towards the stairs. Ryou seemed confused but Bakura could ignore it; they were in a hurry, and who knew how long they had been out? He dragged Ryou along with him as he went up and over to the horses, pausing a moment to wait for Rei and Kira.

Rei reached out for kira but she growled
"touch me and you'll regret it." kira said.
Rei sighed "fine hurry your a** up." she said.
Kira followed her out of the temple. they both walkedover to the horses.

Bakura got up on the horse and helped Ryou up so the boy was sitting behind him. "Nearest town," he said to Rei. "We'll talk other details later, we just need to leave now." He took a hold of the reins and started off, out of Kul Elna. Ryou let out a surprised sound and hurried to hold on to Bakura before he fell off.

"Ok" rei said hoping on and helping kira up. They quickly followed after bakura.

As they rode along, Bakura felt an odd feeling wash over him, like a tingling kind of feeling, and he started to get dizzy. He wondered if this was because of the injury on the back of his head, and then panic rose up in his chest as he abruptly realized what was happening. He looked over his shoulder to try to call out to Rei in some way, but with a final whirl of confusion, he lost control.
Ryou didn’t know what had happened. They were just going along when Bakura suddenly tensed up. “Bakura? Are you okay?” He asked, forgetting for a moment that Bakura couldn’t understand him. Bakura twisted around to look over at Rei and Kira, and Ryou noticed that his pupils were small, almost invisible against the blue color of Bakura’s eyes. “…Bakura?” He asked, more quietly this time, and then louder as Bakura started to shake badly, nearly falling off the horse. “BAKURA?!” He managed to grab on to Bakura’s arm before he could fall, but he couldn’t keep the convulsing thief on. They both fell to the ground, off the still-moving horse.

Rei quickly stoped the horse. Jumping off she ran to bakura. she threw ryou aside and put bakura on his side making sure he was ok while he had the sesiure.

Bakura’s seizure ended as suddenly as it had begun. Though he was a bit nauseous he blinked a few times, out of breath, and then sat up, wincing. He looked towards Rei with an almost confused expression, his pupils still nearly nonexistent, and then over to Ryou. Seeing the boy, his eyes narrowed sharply, a frosty look coming over his face. That look was gone as he turned slowly back towards Rei.

"are you ok bakura?" rei asked kindly. "you had another seizure"

“I’m fine,” he said snappishly, pushing her away. He got up. “We still need to go. Come on, this changes nothing.”

Rei sighed. Getting up she pulled ryou up on his feet. She then whistled and bakuras horse came back.

Bakura waited until Rei had gotten back on her horse and studied them carefully. He then turned slowly towards Ryou, the cold look back on his face. “Well?” he hissed in a low voice, so the two girls couldn’t hear. He spoke in Japanese, and Ryou’s eyes widened in shock. “Don’t look so surprised, hikari. You knew something like this was going to happen since you saw Khalid.” He sneered.

Rei got on her horsewaiting for bakura to get on his "come on bakura were wasting time!"

Bakura nodded his head, a bit distracted. “Yes… Just need to catch my breath,” he called. He then pretended to be trying to use Ryou as a boost to get back on the horse but instead knocked toe boy over. In a swift movement he ‘fell’ on top of Ryou, their faces inches apart. “You tell no one of this, boy, you hear me?” He hissed coldly. “Nothing has just happened, nothing has changed. You still need to obey me, and I’m telling you not to say a word of this to the others.” He licked the corner of Ryou’s lip, and then got up quickly, holding out a hand for Ryou. The boy was trembling, and Bakura grinned. “Don’t make me make you cry…” He said in a low voice, and Ryou nodded. “Good boy.” He got up on the horse and helped Ryou up, this time having Ryou in front of him.
