if carandra does get rpmarried, then she should let the guild know.
so I can throw tons of wedding edits at her.
cos that's just how I roll
Rakura: God, what a b***h. Oo; But yeah, what Carandra said. x_o and just for the record, I bet the person's friend's image will end up being done in MSpaint... in under 5 minutes.

Carandra Rakura Lynn -Grrr- "Hate the talk of art theft but I am going to bring it up." "My recent male edits one user has taken the fancy to the male demon wingweaver." [/img]
"At first he was nice and asked how much for it and I told him the price 4k and gave him the link to my shop."
"Well he didn't like the cost and claims that my work is crap and he has copied the image and is having his friend do the image."
"So far I just thanked the fellow for the intrest in my art even though he has no interest in the work that was put behind it. And if I do come across the image that I will report it."
"Now my question is .. if what I did was alright and if I do come across the copied image how do I go about this situation then?" >sadly, you will have to wait until it happens. to judge what the other editor did compared to your work. have you talked with the person thats said they would make the edits this person wants?
if its really similar then you can make a fraud report, but if its changed it too much, it probably can't be called a recreation of your originals. Unless you have the proof of his statements that it was intented to be with your artwork. you might have to just leave it be... oh! and give us a name so we can beware of this person as well stressed
>Congradulations Izumi 4laugh i wish to someday be RP married. lol>will have BRAWL as soon as my sister and i go shopping, and i will crush eshock. maybe after i practice some...-ok alot. sweatdrop i patiently read through the entire quoted situation so i could properly reply and help out in any way i could.. then i get to the bolded blue portion and was all: eek scream
now im all distracted and will later on have to reread said situation. rofl

Oo; But yeah, what Carandra said. x_o and just for the record, I bet the person's friend's image will end up being done in MSpaint... in under 5 minutes. i would except i am currently not RP'n anywhere, or have a bf. ninja you have a new line of gowns or do you like to customize? i'm going to have to look through your shop again 3nodding heart
this makes me want to set up a roleplaying thread in the entertainment subforum. would anyone want to par-take or create one?
> what am i up to?... painting and such
> eshock i am going to play brawl tonight (sister had to barrow it from a friend) sweatdrop

I RP in Commerce... I'm not really in it for RPing, per se, I'm more in it for bouncing off people who are totally unreasonable. @_@

ey, i have a question that may not really be answerable @_@
mix+match shop pieces: has anyone in here ever reworked theirs? if so, what is the proper thing to do? add them in addition to what's already there?
cos i've been doing that with my premades, and it seems to work all right
but if doing that would break any sort of unspoken law, then, well... gja;ldjfasd;klgsj
I mean, it seems like it'd be more ethically correct than just switching them out without saying anything, but...

But.....To avoid any confusion, I would make an announcement for the customers if I was going to change or add anything.

ha ha, customers. yeah
I ended up just adding them to the samples instead of replacing the originals. probably the best idea
