A puddle appears out of nowhere and bubbles beside Brian, Suiken Emerges from it looking around cluelessly.
Suiken: An Articuno? Now who does that remind me off...-thinks to himself then laughs out loud as if remembering something hilarous-

Suiken: An Articuno? Now who does that remind me off...-thinks to himself then laughs out loud as if remembering something hilarous- *Due the simple fact that puddles are found on the ground and I am well over a mile above the city, I don't hear the comment* Me: They are pests.

( That wasn;t a real puddle, it's more like a portal that I use to get around , I t could've appeared on Articuno's back)

Walks around examining the sculptures.
Suiken: Sheer Cold is that powerful? Hmm... it would be a bit cruel to leave them all here frozen so...
He pulls out his cell and calls the Police, upon the arrival of the Officers he clapped his hands and the Magmas defrosted .
Officer Jenny: Good Job Sir!
Suiken: o_____o all I did was call you ... I didn't stop em.
-without waiting for a reply he took off , returning to Hq-
