Noir:: In snow, your ninjutsu block effects the entire village? So my Kaguya is void of ninjutsu, and my Akasun as well? [My Akasun is on the outskirts]

Noir-kun | You took away ninjutsu. -pouts- That's only affective inside of the village, right? -rubs hands together- Good, good. I stalled enough to see why they were being led into the village. Only Reina, Pixie, and Sonnet are in the village. Muahahahahahahahahah!

As for the happenings... I haven't a clue what's going on with the mods. But everything else seems fine enoug, aside from the slow dying of posts throughout the day o.o;

Actually its a barrier a few miles around the village, to make sure people don't randomly walk outside the village, "hey look I found the barrier," -scratches out barrier.- makes situations like that improbable since you can disrupt the barrier just by moving the powder that it's made of out of a complete circle.
