Max, unfortunately...there are to many kids out there that wouldn't play fair if we didn't have a solid set of rules. I hate Smogon with a passion, but I like the rules they provide. XD

I read them and it kinda urked me that certain pokemon are only good in certain ways.but i can understand needing a base set of rules and regulations so people arent inclined to cheat smile

The tiers is why I hate them. XD That and the idea that certain Pokemon should only be used certain ways. I will use my Pokemon how I want! D:<

But that's not part of our rules. Just the Uber ban list and the clauses.
My Elite 4 Team has a lot of the lowest teir Pokemon in it, and they still pwn. :3

Well....Smogon does have some good strategies that I use. Like, I use the basic EV spread, but some random move pool. Or the same move pool, just a better EV spread.
Some Pokemon are really limited on what they can use, and have small move pools or bad stats.
