Oh, that sort of does suit Hei's name. Well, I don't even what my RPC's names mean... -searches up google-
Tsukiko means 'moon child', Hei means, 'bad habit/harm' and Yuki means 'princess', right? blaugh

Apparently, according to this name chart, Suzume means 'sparrow' in Japanese, while Elisia is Latin and means...'blessed isles'? confused
