ssion You're welcome to one. Or two, or even three. Muffins are like the healthy cousins of cupcakes, plus they're much too easy to make. Depends on how you make the muffin, actually. Some places here make muffins with cake mix and extra sugar. EDIT: That link made me happy as well.

They use cake mix in muffins?! BLASPHEMY! I knew they used it in cupcakes and cakes and whatnot...but muffins? I never use cake mix. Ever. I make 99% of the food at home from scratch. Pizza dough, brownies, pasta sauce...all manner of things. X_of_Pentacles; Postage is not worth it. Unless I was selling old textbooks on amazon... It IS a very happy-making link.

Well, I didn't mean it quite like that. Though you can make english muffins and make mini pizzas with those...

Its just...I keep imagining something that looks like a sweet muffin but is actually made of pizza bread and maybe even has pizza topping and cheese on it, along with little hunks of sausage or pepperoni embedded in the dough.
Of course it sounds like a tasty treat....in theory anyway...

This conversation reminds me of the time I had a chicken Parmesan calzone. It was delicious. :3

I don't make an attempt to cook. If it's not soup or comes comes from the fridge, I generally don't make anything. I'm real lazy. I'd boiled rice and macaroni though. Gotta help with dinner occasionally, particularly if everyone's busy and the fridge is empty.
