@Bunny As cool as having a green Salamence would be it's not as much fun if you never get to use it. I've never tried the Masuda breeding method though maybe it's time I give it a try.

would you count Eevee and Pikachu as starters?
Pokemon Yellow Kinda allows them as ones,but majority would say no,or yes?

the term start...is pretty clear cut, its the first pokemon you acquire... as such picahcu counts in yellow...
But... i only count the fire/water/grass pokemon as starters, cause yellow is old, and was never remade, and as you you cant get a picachu as a starter anymore....furthermore, you could not evolve that picachu... so most people dindt even use the picachu, unless they exploite dthe fact that you could trade it to a friend, and them evolve it and send it back.
eevee however, is not a starter.
