Sryne That's a good point Psy... When do you think they'll bump down low, the end of the month? should be at its lowest a couple of days before the month ends, most people will have already donated except for those last minute people, and the market will be at its most flooded. Than the price will show definent rise a couple weeks into june.

Than the price will show definent rise a couple weeks into june. Yup, thats just what I was going to say. They may even stay low for a month or so. I mena, look at the pandy packs. When those suckers came out they inflated to 7-8k, and then the closer it go to the end of the month the faster they dropped. Here we are nearly 6 months later and you can still buy them for 3-4k, but they are slowly raising again. 3nodding

Thats one thing, if you are going to invest your gold in items, make them donation items. Because its pretty much a guarantee they will raise in value. 3nodding

I agree with buying donation items. I do store credits for clothes and such....but I don't bother with buying anything but donations items with my pure unless it's a rather hard to come by rare gift box item. I'm considering a golden laurel for my next item...but not sure if I want to spend the rl dinero to get to that point just yet.

Golden laurels are nice. I never bothered to get them when they were released because the laurels go lost on my avi's head. And of course now I kinda wish I had gotten them for the value. gonk
Just be glad you aren't questing for angelic minis like me...oh I only need about 8 million gonk

I'm just glad I'm not into the angelic minis...or I'd be in the same boat. *giggles* I contemplated the demonic and angelic pendants too but...I dunno...sparkly is cute but not always as useful.
I can change my hair any time so I'm not worried about the losing of the golden laurels. biggrin Or maybe I should be. At least it's not likely to lose too much value if it drops.
How long do you figure you'll be working toward the minis?

but on the other hand if you look at the angelic set each of the items went up about 1-5k each, with the exception of the headband which still averages 100k.

But the headband isn't a donantion item. Granted it will slowly rise too as the number of memebers rises and random events become more scarce. Back in 03/04 grass skirts and coconut bras were like the prisoner pants of today. People couldn't get rid of them. But now the bras go for 17k!

Even though they're not donation items, simple rares and uncommons are also going up in value. Even if you only invest in one or two, if you hold onto it long enough it'll still go up in value. I remember when the ninja band came out no one was into Naruto than, so you couldn't give those away. They were like g-bots, now look at them. One of the most quested for items and easily the most valuable of that year.
