Haseo looked at him just making a circle of ice he had to cast 4 spells. but he was never really taught the artistic way of using it mostly the destructive ways. he nodded his head.

Haseo nodded again he was still lost mentally so he thought it might be good for him. god how he hated not being able to talk

...He noticed the kid's frustration with trying to talk. "So you can't talk huh?... Oh! Wait a second!" He quickly grabbed the flask of mako from his jacket and emptied it. The mako floated in the air in front of him. He took out a few HPPlus's and a few Restore materia. They melted and began swirling around with the mako in the air as well. He whispered something under his breath and the multiple liquids came together, forming a new materia sphere that was a very dark purple. He snatched it out of the air and handed it to the kid. "If you put this into your throat you should be able to talk, at least as long as you have MP..." He had never showed anyone else how he made materia before, now he hoped the kid had enough MP to run it for awhile. *Well, I guess that's what MPPlusses are for...* he thought...

Haseo held onto the materia thinking of how to put it in was he suppose to asorb it like what his blood was mostly made up of by now or try eating it. well he decided to try one way. he lifted his free hand to his mouth poking a fang into his hand his blood was a mixture of all kinds of materia all mixed together in every way possible leaving it a glowing green. he went to move his hands together slowly looking to see if that was how he wanted him to do it.

...His eyes widened and he made a bit of his blood harden to stop the bleeding. "Oh! that's not how you put it in, you just press it hard to wherever you want to put it, like this." He took a Contain materia out of his pocket and placed it on his arm. The sphere sank into his skin easily and painlessly. "Alright, now try doing it, but push it into your neck, right over your scar."...

Haseo looked at him oddly but went with it. he put it to his neck applying a little pressure allowing it to sink in.

Haseo nodded his mp was high for himself his hp was the real problem other then his over use of some spells. The materia shrunk in his neck being pushed near the skin in his scar. not knowing how strong it was he put a little mp into it "like dis?" a voice that barley could be heard more of an ecco of his voice, witch was a little feminine.

Haseo smiled a bit but it did make things easyer when he trys speaking it numbs his throat instead of hurting him. he stopped his mp flow into it knowing he could talk now may make things easier but he didn't want to use it lest he had to.
((lol i don't really let the kid talk much in any rps for a while till a little time goes by. i have a different twist on him in every rp this 1 was the ripped out vocal cordes so no getting mad if he don't use it much.))

(( Wow. Someone got mad because he didn't talk? Geez. lol. I'd have a hard time playing a character that couldn't talk. I'd be like "Must..Talk...Must...talk.." And I'll be back in a few. Gotta go to the store, so i'll just keep Cloud, Aerith and Sephriea outside where Tam is. ))
