I don't know, haven't ever used a puppet before. I guess same rules apply to the puppet as a character, where you get one ever few levels or you can through up to 6 sinbon or shuriken. I'm really not sure.

OMG... Cheer, you know I'd help if I could. Nakamura hasn't been to Mt. Oto before, so she wouldn't be able to get you there... and on top of that, if you want to kill her, have your entire village go through her portals. ((And it's not like she's cheating or anything, all of it is made possible via Arctic Ice Wolf. 3nodding ))
Which means, if you want to learn her jutsu, Ayala will need to have another litter. x_X

This time skip hasn't happened YET, has it? And when it does, what do I do to Hiro? When should I be worried about writing a story?

nope not yet, we shall post, everyone shall make stories, than the time skip will happen. I was actually thinking about that this morning.
Rach. I don't mean teleport them to mt. oto, that's where all of the villagers are, but somewhere else outside of oto's walls. Oh, I don't know maybe the endless rice fields that one would have to walk through to get to the village?

You're still talking about draining Nakamura to the point where she won't be able to utilize her jutsu to their fullest effects if she was to transport:
Herself, Ayala, Zenjin, Hyousetsu, Kasuke, Isshen, Ruabhan?, Shif, Rain... and that will cost her 900Cp. gonk
ninja I'd rather go with my original plan... ninja
But That can't be put into fruition until a certain CARLOS posts...
In a Time Skip, you PM the Kage of your village your Time Skip Update and Any/All updates to stats/jutsu you plan on doing and IF it's reasonable, then we accept them. **IE: Don't be insane, you won't gain 100 points to stats. XP**
YES! I DID have someone try to gain that much in Taki. That person is no longer in the guild. XD

confused Oh. Well that's okay then. That character is perfectly fair and within reason. neutral I guess i was a little hung up on her ability to
SUCK OUT YOUR SOUL!!! gonk
But I digress. Now I REALLY wanna see this fight. It'll be interesting to see how you fight with her Carlos, especially against two kages... Kage, kagai?
What's the plural for Kage?

there is no plural. Japanese words don't have plurals. Kage in singular and plural.
Anyway, I'm not stupid enough to fight against two Kage... well... if I had more puppet profiles I might try it but Star didn't come to fight... not yet at least.
Sides, i had to redo Star's stats cause I notice they were horrible off sooooo yea. Gotta redo Kage's stats as well cause their from the old puppet profiles.
But don't worry, their'll problem be a fight sooner or later, just not at this moment.
