Kira looked up and blinked "Can't say i've ever been more happy to see you khalid....Please say you rember cause if not this is going to be more of a problem."

Khalid ran a hand through his violet hair, tilting his head to the side. “I’m not really sure.” He said, tightening the knot on the cord of the Millennium Item. “You were that girl who had come by my house, I know that. Who is the other?” He nodded his head vaguely in Ryou’s direction.
"Hey, it's Khalid!" Ryou had been a little unsure if Kira had really seen Khalid, wondering if maybe she had just seen someone who had looked like him, but now, seeing him himself, Ryou knew it to be true.

Khalid grinned a little. “You didn’t spend too much time with my former self, so why would you think something like that?” He asked, switching to Japanese himself. Ryou seemed relieved at a language he knew. “By the way, Kira, just the fact that my father thought you were a wench makes me like you a little more.”

“Yes, well, my former self was easier to overcome than the pharaoh and Bakura’s must have been.” Khalid said, shifting his weight on his other foot. “Besides, I want to change things I hadn’t liked about this life. Bakura and Atem probably just want to see how things were, not interfere too much.” He toyed with the Millennium Ring. “Of course, with you two bursting in and this one…” He nudged Rei a little with his toe. “It’s a little hard to keep the exact events how it was.”

“Bakura is gonna get married to her. And you know, he isn’t that bad of a guy.” Khalid said. “At least, the younger, more inexperienced one is. This one, here. Not the one you know. He’s only like this now because the Ring’s spirit is half fused with him, he wants to learn about the Millennium Ring and will do a lot of things to get what he wants, and numerous other things, probably. You’ll be safer with him for now than trying to go off on your own. He’s collecting the Millennium Items, or trying to, at least, and that’s your key to getting home. It’ll be easier to attack the pharaoh, whose priests have the items, with these two than trying on your own.”

Kira thought for a moment then sighed "I hate it when your right..." she muttered.Her eye glew softly and she flicked the card. The card dissapeerd and rei groaned and started to move.

“Heya there, Ryou.” Khalid said in a mock-cheerful voice, waving a little. Ryou watched warily and then waved back cautiously. Khalid then knelt down, propping Rei up in a sitting position.

Rei let out a low groan as she was proped up. Her whole body felt hevely and all she wanted to do was sleep.
Kira watched khalid "soo khalid shall you be staying with us or off doing your own thing?"

“Hmm… I think I’ll leave. I’ve got problems of my own I need to clean up.” Khalid said, thinking briefly of his father. He avoided looking up at the others. “Oh, by the way, if that was the priest Seto who had taken over Bakura, I recommend you four leave as well. No doubt he got a good enough look around to tell where you are and that he’s told the pharaoh. So sooner or later expect some people to drop by. I suggest that you not be here by the time they arrive.” Khalid moved away from Rei so she could hold herself up and got to his feet, brushing the sand from his knees.
“Wait, Khalid—I don’t get it.” Ryou said quickly, before the man could leave. “What are we supposed to do? Gather the Millennium Items, I know. But what after that? I don’t even know how we got here in the first place. Bakura doesn’t know how to even defend himself with the Millennium Ring, and since it’d be either you or him with the best knowledge of how to use the items, it’ll have to be you.” Ryou frowned a little, stepping away from Kira and towards Khalid. “How do we even know we can trust you, if we do gather the items? That you won’t just use them for your own purposes? We used to trust you, Khalid, but that ended kinda badly.”

Kira nodded "ryou has a point.Yout not a trustable person." She told him steping beside ryou.
Once rei was let go she fell over on her side groaning.
((I want to be able to have ryou and kira loveydovey time))

“You don’t really have a choice here.” Khalid said, tilting his head to the side. “Either you trust me or you don’t. If you trust me, you can have the hope of being able to get back home. If you don’t, then you’re left to fend for yourself.” He shrugged. “Doesn’t matter to me, I can leave you.” He started to climb up the stairs to go above ground.
