Metaphorically Insane Mmm~ Love time zones. Living in Germany, 5-7 hours ahead of everyone I RP with. Or worse, since I know some people from Philippines. I live in Albania, near Greece, so I'm also 7-8 hours ahead the others, too bad.

Oh yes, I can travel about, see sights, wonders, monuments, but I can't do ANYTHING here that I can in the states. I don't even speak the local language. I live in Germany, yes- but everyone here speaks Bavarian, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT dialect of the established nation-wide language. I can't talk to anyone outside of my damn house. That's not cool. D:

Nark, the point is this.
I miss being able to go out in public and randomly talk to people. I miss recognizing everything. I miss being a damn American in my home country. I miss American milk. I miss American food, I miss American everything. Sure the grass is greener on the other side, but that doesn't mean it tastes better.
