ivory_vamp Kenkaru ivory_vamp First thing I'm going to to as Kasukage is take out that science lab. I can do it in an roleplaying fashion if you'd like. Although, there are no Seishin clan members being roleplayed. That would make the story difficult to conduct. I've been pondering that while at work, but if you have any suggestions on how we can work through it PM me. 3nodding
you can always upgrade the story.
Ulala, I think I might have too. I'm making a smooth story to transition Kages, but I think the science lab will be omitted. I'll create some other perk for our village. If that's alright with my ninjas.That's fine with me (so far).

Name: No one knows her true name for she has never spoken it - but she's known as either Issenkaze (One thousand Breezes) or Yashakaze (Demonic Breeze)

Clan/Bloodline: Arashi clan. Kaze is apart of the Arashi clan. There is little known about this clan other than they're known for their astouding speed as well as their perfected ability to manipulate sound and wind in an extremely deadly manner.
The Arashi clan also possess a Kekkei Genkai of deadly power. It is known as the Desujigen or Kokorosakuretsu (Death Dimension or Mind Explosion). This kinjutsu requires much focus, training, and absolute chakra control, lest the user accidentally set this ability upon oneself. Results of this kinjutsu are, at first, minor, causing little to no damage. This kinjutsu, at first is only irritable and may cause headaches. However, this kinjutsu, in time, becomes very deadly. This kinjutsu is capable of crushing or bursting one's mind, therefore it's reason for being forbidden.
The kinjutsu only starts out as a mere irritable ringing within the selected person's mind, but soon this ringing drastically increases. Mostly, the Arashi do not manipulate the ringing to leave the mind and most are unable to, but some are able and do move the sound through the body's circulatory system, or their chakra stream. The ringing majorly disrupts any portion of the body it's in. If the sound is amplified enough, then the jutsu can literally explode your mind, earning itself the name Kokorosakuretsu or Desujigen because the mind becomes the target's Death Dimension.
Desujigen or Kokorosakuretsu no Jutsu (Death Dimension jutsu or Mind Explosion jutsu): This kinjutsu - also exclusive to the Arashi clan - only starts out as a mere ringing in the mind - possibly causing irritation or a headache - but this kinjutsu is much more. This very ringing is capable of being amplified a hundred times louder or more. Inflicting critical damage upon anyone's inner body. The only way of telling if someone is being targeted by the Desujigen is seeing their ears bleed. Often though, when the ears begin to bleed, it's too late.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique): Henge no Jutsu permits the user to disquise themself as an enemy shinobi, adding the effect of confusion and tipping the advantage toward the user in most scenarios.
Kawarimi no Justu (Body Switch Technique): This allows the user to create a substitute of their body. The shinobi quickly grabs an object, and transforms it into a decoy of themself. This technique can prove very useful for it is great for devising unexpected counter-attacks.
Bushin no Justsu (Clone technique): This jutsu allows the performer to create multiple copies of themself though they can only serve as a distraction for they disappear if touched.
Kirigakure no Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the ninja using it completely in mist. Perfect for silent killing, since there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu.
On'in Jouyo no Jutsu (Sound Tranfer Jutsu)
This Jutsu is exclusive to the Arashi clan. Many are still unable to learn it. This jutsu allows the user to manipulate sound and send it to someone else over a certain distance.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu
This Ninjutsu is a very powerful technique, and most Genins are not capable of performing it due to the large amount of chakra it uses. The user must first gather a large amount of chakra in his hand and mouth; this attack is pretty similar to a flamethrower.
On Anpurifaia no Jutsu (Sound Amplifier Jutsu)
This ninjutsu could be deadly if mastered. Many Arashi are capable of manipulating sound, but amplifying it is a whole new level. The user must first project a constant sound then insert chakra into it so they can amplify it. Amplifying sound requires the Nerokeeta.
On Sekishutsu no Jutsu (Sound Separating Jutsu)

Kishibari no Jutsu: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja appears to vanish before their opponent's eyes, and then induces the idea that they have been caught and bound from behind by a large tree, which the ninja then emerges from for a swift kill.
-Taijutsu-
Harisuzu: A Taijutsu technique where the attacker attaches bells to needles to mislead the enemy into reacting to sound instead of movement. In this way, one or many needles with bells can be thrown, quickly followed by regular needles that would catch the opponent off guard.
Houshou: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

The Desujigen has seven levels:
Level one- A mere irritable ringing that may cause a headache.
Level two- A more amplified ringing that causes disorientation and nausea.
Level three- Even more amplified, this ringing begins to affect the mind.
Level four- This begins to affect the senses and judgement, impairing them badly.
Level five- This ringing is so powerful that, if applied correctly, can knock out or incapacitate the victim.
Level six- It is so amplified that it brings victims to the brink of dieing and they have likely either blacked out or become completely shut out from true reality. Parts of the mind/brain begin to shut down. If the victim does not die, they will likely suffer permanent damage.
Level seven- The ringing is amplified to the extreme and the mind finally bursts from the constant ringing - likely instantly killing the victim.
(The bolded levels are the ones the Arashi is capable of performing.)
Doragononiba no Justsu (Dragon Fang Jutsu): This kinjutsu also involves sound, however, the way the sound is manipulated is very different. This jutsu also requires absolute chakra control as well as the Arashi clan's doujutsu to perform this kinjutsu. The user gathers up a plethora of sound waves, combining them all together and directing them as fast as the speed of sound at their target. This jutsu is almost a guaranteed hit and when it does hit, it is like being impaled by a fang - earning it the name Doragononiba (Dragon Fang).
Note: Naturally there is a downside to using these kinjutsus. They drain the user's chakra to the lowest level that it can possibly be drained to and causes the user to become very disoriented.

Headband: Ruu's hitai ate is placed normally on the forehead, the common blue cloth of the hitai ate was replaced with black cloth when the hitai ate was burnt in the battle with the first Otokage. The metal plate of the hitai ate has a dark chrome color obtained by the burning fire of the Otokage. The hitai ate also has a scar that goes from one side to the other marking the Konoha logo, this was caused in the battle mentioned before.

Hair:Dark long hair tied on a pony tail, bands come on both sides of his face.
Eyes: Ryuu always keep his doujutsu active, making his eyes look like crimson red sharingan eyes.
Clothing: Ryuu wears a combination of cloths dedicated to both his clan and his new found organization. Ryuu wears a black sleeveless black shirt with the Uchiha logo on the back; under it he wears a tight net top with semi long sleeves. He favors black long pants with black tall shinobi boots. On both hands he wears a set of black fighting gloves. As the bringer of the black dawn Ryuu wears a tall neck cloak similar to the one the old members of the Akatsuki wears. The cloak is completely black with red fire lines on the endings. On the back the cloak has a small set of kanjis that can be read as: The one who walks with the dead. He wears a small necklace around his neck and a ring on his right hand. The ring was obtained from the old kage of the sound village.
Physical Description: Ryuu has light tan skin and a pretty muscled body. He has the face of a handsome boy that sometimes make him look like a female. His eyes show big expression even as they are emotionless. Ryuu has a black ANBU tattoo on the left arm that was engraved on his skin after his successful entry into the ANBU special forces. On his forehead he has a scar that is always covered by his forehead protector and bandages, the scar was obtained on his fight with the first Otokage, when the sword of the Otokage pierced throw his forehead protector it also made a deep wound on Ryuu's forehead. On the back of his shoulder he has a Juujin Fuuin or cursed seal that was given to him by his very sister on the mountains of Yukigakure 3 years ago. The cursed seal marks him as the bringer of the black dawn and can be seen bleeding when Ryuu loose control over his emotions.
Personality: Ryuu is a cold hearted emotionless person who dosent love anyone exept himself. He detest fighting since there really isnt anyone who can stand a chance against him this twisted battle of ours. However Ryuu have an extreme weakness for ladys, and it seems like he only behaves like a human behin around them.
Background: Born on Konoha under a black night with no moon, Ryuu came to the world with a cursed fate that could not be changed or stopped. Carrying the blood of the Uchiha clan on his veins and born on the night of the black dawn Ryuu was a child that like his sister was never wanted or loved in this world.
Ryuu infancy was not the best either, living as a ninja who was born in an age of war Ryuu had to place his feet on the battlefield since the age of six, mostly because the village itself wanted him to be eliminated from earth. Ignoring the village plans for him, Ryuu continued moving from battlefield to battlefield covering the land with the blood of both jonins and genins alike. Under his name many important victories where obtained since his loyalty to his village sent him to do even the most insane jobs. However the war also gave Ryuu the opportunity to increase his experience and battle skills, by the age of six he had already mastered the sharingan, by the age of eight he already knew how to activate the mangekyou sharingan as well as its terrible abilities. Thanks to this he was knew as the god of dead Ryuu.
After many years by the time Ryuu was 10, the war ended and so the village decided to rebuild their powers, however the legend of the young Uchiha whose eyes could destroy entire frontlines by just looking at them continued. Thanks to this Konoha was able to regain their power without fear of invasions from the enemy countries. After the war Ryuu stared to build his strength to their maximum capabilities and so he stared to train under a special jonin called Yusuki Kyo, he had two team mates a young medic ninja called Raven and an annoying Aburame called Techi. The tree of them completed missions until the medic Nin was taken away from the party for unknown reasons, at this point a rival attitude was born between the Aburame and the Uchiha and so the both of them stared to train on their own ways to face each other in an old fashioned duel.
At this time Ryuu opted to train in the far away, alone in an old temple that lied on the top of an icy mountain in Yukigakure. On this very temple he met with a mysterious woman who like him carried the Uchiha blood on her veins. The woman trained Ryuu into a more deadly taijutsu style and taught him many of the old jutsus of Konoha. For months Ryuu trained there along the woman raising the power of his already insane strength. At this time Ryuu sacrificed his body and soul in order to obtain power. And so he was given a cursed seal that sealed him as the bringer of the black dawn. However Ryuu’s body was still too young to fulfill such a fate and he was given freedom to return to Konoha. The duel took place and so Ryuu found an easy victory with his new gained power.
Ryuu became a chuunin at his second try in the chuunin exams, the first time he was defeated by another Uchiha under the name of Ryo. The Uchiha was insanely strong even to the standards of Ryuu’s new gained power. On that battle Ryuu for the first time was defeated, and not only defeated but was placed on the line between life and death as 99% of his body was destroyed, several bones where reduced to mere prouder and aches and inner bleeding was taking away his life. Somehow he was saved and in a few months he found himself back training to beat that Uchiha. Time passed and Ryuu found himself yet another challenge, a Kage from the village of Otogakure who along his student gave a visit to Konoha.
The student was a young Hyuuga girl of great beauty who stole Ryuu’s heart at first sign; love was something he had never experimented before therefore making it a great new experience for Ryuu. The both of them fell in love quickly and stared to walk a different path now together in life. However the Otokage seemed to be in love with the very same girl and so he challenged Ryuu a gennin to a duel. Knowing he had no chances to win but still too in love to forfeit Ryuu battle the kage and received several wounds and a scar on his forehead protector, after the intense battle Ryuu killed the Kage by using his special Kurai Ryuu ken. With the kages death the young girl traded her feelings for revenge and tried to kill Ryuu, surprised by her action Ryuu had no choice but to murder the girl as well leaving behind his love and giving birth to a strong thirst for power.
Years passed and Ryuu returned to Yuki for training as well as to complete a series of missions. No longer the young boy that traveled around imagining adventures, Ryuu used his good looks and charismatic self to seduce the princess of Yuki, and therefore marring her and becoming King of Yuki. With his new acquired power in terms of land and military, Ryuu gave up his kingdom to Konoha taking away the land from the old royal family. However this was not in vein, at this time Ryuu stole the secrets of the Hyoton elemental as well as the secret of the lair of the black dragon Kokusho, a Yohma of this power could be useful of Ryuu’s plans and so he decided to take the yohma under his power by force. Many would say this was insane but somehow Ryuu managed to do so and so his power grows even stronger.
Years later Ryuu returned to Konoha after completing his quest of Yohma slavery and stared a new quest to obtain forbidden power. At this time Ryuu used his influence with the new Hokage to destroy the village of the waterfall along its inhabitants and stole the Hero’s water from the village. Using his long ago team mate Techi as bait he managed to execute his plan without problems. And so another powerful item fell under his hand, at this time only one thing was left for Ryuu to conquer. Death itself, leaving Konoha and becoming a nuke nin Ryuu left the village and headed to the hidden village of the sand where he enslaved the god of death himself. With his power now at max capacity Ryuu stared to travel to seek his destiny.

Bunshin Bakuha:
Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.
Chidori:
Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi that allows him to cut through any foe. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Ryuu's hand becomes enveloped by an electrical looking force. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Chidori Nagashi:
Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.
Used in conjunction with his Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter his attacks.
Doryuudan:
Doton • Doryuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create a dragon from the river of mud made after using the Doryuu Taiga technique. This dragon will then spew mud projectiles from its mouth.
Doryuu Heki
Doton • Doryuu Heki is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack.
Doryuu Taiga:
Doton • Doryuu Taiga is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud.
Henge no jutsu:
A technique which physically changes an individual into another person or thing. The user gains any physical attributes of the person or animal they transform into, such as claws or height.
Hyouton Haryuu Mouko
Haryuu Mouko is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an ice tiger will rise from the surrounding ice to strike out against its target. Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts.
Housenka no Jutsu:
Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.
Hyourou no Jutsu:
Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Snow ninja Kakuyoku Fubuki. After forming the needed handseals, Fubuki will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.
Itsukaku Hakuegei:
Hyouton • Itsukaku Hakuegei is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, a gigantic horned white whale made of ice will rise from the surrounding snow to come thundering down on an opponent, crushing them and the surrounding area under its large mass.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu:
Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu it wishes.
Kai
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu
A space-time skill in which a user signs a blood contract with various lifeforms and is able to call them forth when needed. The summoner uses blood as the medium for the technique. The size and number of lifeforms summoned depends on the amount of chakra utilized
Kawarimi no jutsu-
A basic skill involving quickly switching the body with another plant, animal or inanimate object. This is used to confuse the opponent momentarily and create an opportunity to attack or possibly escape.
Konoha Shunshin no Jutsu-
An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a veil of leaves.
Kanashibari no Jutsu-
A low level technique, which binds an opponent, disabling their ability to move. This leaves an individual open to an attack, or creates an opportunity for the user to escape
Karyuudan:
Katon • Karyuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create mud projectiles using the Doryuudan technique. The ninja will then blow a large flame to ignite the mud projectiles.
Karyuu Endan:
Katon • Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.
Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu:
Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.
Kenboushou Jutsu:
This unnamed Ninjutsu technique belongs to Akatsuki member Sasori. Sasori placed a memory block on Hidden Sand ninja Yuura, who was once his inferior. Over a period of years Yuura was acting for Hidden Sands best interests, all the while being unknowing of his former connection to Sasori. When the time came, Sasori released the block and gave Yuura his memory back. Unsuspecting that their comrade was now against them, the Hidden Sand ninjas fell to Yuura's hands.
Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu:
Hyouton • Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, Dotou will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.
Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Kuu no Tachi
Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Kuu no Tachi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Orochimaru. This technique allows Orochimaru to levitate his sword Kusanagi. Forming the needed hand seal will cause the sword to activate and strike out against any enemy in the nearby area.
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu-
A skill which conceals an enemy making them practically invisible to the human eye.
Mikadzuki no Mai:
Mikadzuki no Mai is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by the Leaf ninja Gekkou Hayate. As the ninja charges at his opponent, he creates mutiple shadow copies to confuse his opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponents blindside.
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki:
Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.
Rouga Nadare no Jutsu:
Hyouton • Rouga Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards Rouga's opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. These wolves can follow Rouga's bidding and attack his opponent. A sufficiently powerful straight thrust can disrupt the wolves and return them to snow.
Ryuuka no Jutsu:
Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu:
Doton • Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized.
Tsubame Fubuki:
Hyouton • Tsubame Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. Fubuki will create ice swallows which she can launch at her opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.
Genjutsu:
Kokuangyou no Jutsu:
Kokuangyou no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the ninja's opponent to be enveloped in total darkness. While in the black void, the ninja will be unable to see any incoming attack or threat.
Magen • Kyouten Chiten:
Magen • Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu:
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.
Magen Genjutsu:
Ryuu will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them

Sharingan:
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.
Mangekyou Sharingan:
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is a legendary doujutsu ability which has only emerged in a few clan members in its history. The requirements for gaining the Mangekyou are very controversial in nature. After Uchiha Itachi murdered his best friend Shisui and then wiped out his clan, he gained Mangekyou. He told his younger brother Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyou form, he too would have to kill his closest friend. There is still mystery surrounding the eye and the Uchiha clan itself. Itachi told Sasuke that a scroll in their clan shrine reveals the true original purpose of the clan doujutsu; however readers have yet to be told what this secret is. Itachi also told Sasuke that if he also gains the Mangekyou, then there will be three people who could handle it. After the time skip in the series, Hatake Kakashi revealed he had gained a form of Mangekyou, though his eye did not resemble Itachi's. It is unknown if Hatake Kakashi or his eye's original owner Uchiha Obito was this third person.
Usage of the Mangekyou techniques drains quite a bit of a user’s chakra, more so than any other normal technique. The three revealed Mangekyou techniques are the Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and an unnamed technique. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are named after mythological deities; they have a sibling named Susanoo. This unnamed third technique may in actuality be this one.

The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it, this may mean either an Uchiha also holding the Mangekyou or one fully skilled in the three tomoe Sharingan form.
The third technique used by Hatake Kakashi may be called Susanoo or God of the Sea and Storms. With this technique, Kakashi formed a handseal to activate his Sharingan and change it into his Mangekyou form. Kakashi then focused on a point on the body of his target. The area around the target then began to warp and collapse in on itself, resulting in about half a meter diameter of area being quickly "sucked" out of existence.

Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu techinque which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a mysterious black fire. This powerful fire can then be used to cut through a strong barrier and is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Also because it requires Mangekyou to use, not many individuals know of or can wield the technique.
Hiraishin no Jutsu
A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them.
Mangekyou "Implosion" Technique:
This doujutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which uses a form of the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to launch a long range attack. This technique may be a third Mangekyou skill in a trio named after mythological deities. The first is Amaterasu, next is Tsukuyomi and this may be Susanoo.
To begin Kakashi formed a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focused on an area of his target. The surrounding area then began to warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surround area to nothingness. The technique will thus essentially transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe, it is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.
Tsukuyomi:
Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Doujutsu illusion technique which uses the Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) ability of the Sharingan eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. Shiki Fuujin:
Shiki Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by the Fourth Hokage. A variation of this technique was used to seal the Kyuubi within Naruto. The technique was taught to the Third Hokage who later used it in battle. After calling forth the Shinigami (Death God) with the proper handseals, the user will hand over their soul in exchange for the Death God removing the soul from his target. The ultimate sacrificial jutsu, this technique can be used by a Kage Bunshin, but the Death God will still remove the original caster's soul.
With the jutsu activated, a spectral form of the caster will appear in front of the Death God. The Death God will push his arm through this spectral body, and the arm will extend from the chest of the real caster. This forces the caster to be close or grasping his target. The arm will reach out into the body of the target, and draw their soul from their body. If the Death God is unable to remove the whole soul because of the near death of the caster, it can remove it's knife and merely slice off a portion of the spectral form's soul to consume. This will render the targets corresponding body part dead and useless. The soul portion removed will then be sealed within the chest of the caster. Both the soul of the target and the caster will never pass into the afterlife. They will be condemned to suffer in the Death God's stomach for all eternity, locked in a hated combat, never to escape.
