ANd Billy doesn't reply. Instead, he breaks the kiss and stands. Then he helps Dom up and leads him toward the shower, stripping off the remainder of his clothes on the way there.

Dom thinks that he might be taking advantage of Billy a little, but the punk is the one suggesting things, and he wants it so he goes along with it. He strips as well.
