i love breeding now that i know how <3 i make a very excelent pokemon. 30 iv's in HP, 31 iv's in both atk and def, 17 in sp.atk, 24 in sp.def and 27 in spd. i think thats very good if u ask me wink

yes, it has modest nature to add onto the low iv count in the sp.atk stat. i think its gonna turn out to be good. its a Gastrodon. not that good of a pokemon, but its a good gastrodon though

IVs are what make two pokemon different from one another. It's sort of like their genes. Every pokemon has a number from 0 to 31 for each of their stats. The higher the number the higher the possible stats. If a pokemon with a speed IV of 30 and a pokemon with a speed IV of 31 with the same nature were EV trained the same way then the one with a 31 would go first because it would have a slightly higher speed. It might be by just by one point but that's all it takes to hit first, and that can make all the difference.
Edit If your doing a Trick Room team you could aim for a speed IV of 0. It's also a good way to power up Gyro Ball. I intend to breed a Bronzong with a 0 speed IV one day. 3nodding

does anyone have the power item to train for Sp.Def?? i kinda lost mine in a battle. i used metronome with my togepi and it turned into fling and it threw the power band. so i need another one. anyone have one to spare?? ive not got much to offer back though sad
