Lord dracien didn't laugh. Instead, he smiled, weakly. "Tesla isn't what it used to be, Queen. Hundreds of Rhina refugee's have ran the border. They flock to my land because It's safer than others because of the protection I worked out with the temple of ceclation." Lord dracien told her quietly. "My lands are overflowing if you take the mercenaries into account. To pay for them, I've had to stop paying taxes to the king, but that's not why he is angry with me."

"Then why my dear friend is he angery with you?" She thought of what had happend to Rhina she didn't know herself what it was that had happend, sh had no idea if it had something to do with her but she didn't think so.

Lord Dracien shook his head. "He wants to use my lands as a sanctuary because whatever is causing this madness elsewhere is blocked by Ceclation's blessing, but I cannot support anymore people, and I will not remove anybody who is already there. My borders have been closed, and nobody is to be let through that doesn't already live there." He shifted in his seat and took another thermis out of the old man's hand, exchanging it for his own. "Furthermore, monsters and the madness has somehow sensed the barrier. They try to cross it constantly, and it is impossible to tell freind from foe anymore. The border guard have to shoot innocent and guilty alike, to keep the people who are already inside the borders safe, but the king doesn't see it that way." Lord dracien sighed to himself. "The king is seeing it as an act of defiance. I can't let war start, so I've begun moving my people to unoccupied territory. This way, they won't starve in my own over populated lands.."

"I can of little help for that our country side is highly dangerous and like your lands my city is so over populated right now we can not hold any more without sickness and starvation breaking out." She spoke with sad eyes now. "It is a shame what has happened, and i wish there was a answear for it but there isn't, not one that we have found."

"I know you cannot help. I've told you the reports I've gotten from my lands, and now you know why Fadram and me will be returning there, along with all of my navy which has been patrolling your waters." Motioning to include himself and the old man and most of the biggest ships in the docks. He sat himself back down. "When I return I am going to start moving my people to those unoccupied lands to the north and let them settle there, away from all this strife. " Lord dracien spoke with a sparkle in his bloodshot eyes. "I'm also moving them because my fleet cannot be caught in your war with the flowing rivers."

She noded some understanding the situation. "Fandram, wasn't that the name i herd from before? the man who summoned me, or thought he could anyway." She spoke watching him wondering to herself more than him but she understood what he was doing and that was probally for the best.

Lord dracien looked back at the old man, who simply stared back silently. "Did you summon her?" The aincent man nodded his head in an affirmative. Lord dracien turned back to Katherine. "I don't why he did. There is nothing he would want to talk to you about." Lord dracien told her.

She looked up to the man then watching him for a long moment there was something odd going on here she did not trust. "May i speak with your man privately?" She spoke looking back to Dracian. "Perhaps it is not what he must tell me but what i must tell him?" A smile as she stood meaning it was more of a statement that she would speak with him alone than any question.

Lord Dracien flinched as if he had been slapped. "I don't think that's entirely wise." he started to say, but flinched again when Katherine was smiling at him. "I'll be out in the hall." He jumped up and scurried out to the hall.
The old man took no notice of Lord Dracien's hasty retreat. He simply sat down in the seat that Dracien had been occupying, and began to drink from a cup of tea.

"I find it intersting you claim Royality to LLyr but what sets you a part however is that you tried to command me into something, and if i was a free woman my curiosdity would have bid me come but however i am a Queen and my strength and my courts are my people's strength as well. I am sorry if it is something that is unforgiveable to you but if it was a matter of importance i would greatly like to here it. I have a wild curosity you will find." She spoke as she sat back down as well watching him.

The old man seemed to be studying his fingers. "I told you before, girl. It's too late now." He settled his fingers onto his lap, and turned those aincent eyes to Katherine, finnaly. His stare could melt a hole through stone. "Are you ever going to tell little Sylvio your own little secrets?" He asked on afterthought.

A smile formed on her lips. "Although i like Dracien my trust is not so easily given and i would not like to pull innocnets into my world of things. Furthermore he is a merchant and do almost anything for a profit, unfortantly anyone can make profit from me if i am to vunrable."

The aincent man shook his head. "Little girl's have always loved their secrets, but so have little boys. All little Sylvio cares about is his people, and he would do anything for them, including killing those that threaten them." The man leaned forward, propping himself up on his knees. His hair was a white wisp on his head, not that his hood had fallen down. "You remind me of your father, girl."

"I am proud of those words my father was a good king, as for your rude words they will be over looked seeing as how i did not make your party wait outside of my rooms while i got prepared, in fact i have showed your lord nothing but grace and plesanttries. Now If that is all of interst you have to say to me i think it is time i get dressed myself." She spoke as she stood back up.
