A found poem.
Dancing the path, Appearing above the reeds, An old battered hat, A tall crown, And a long blue feather. With another bound came into view a man, Too large for a hobbit, Not tall enough for Big Peoples, He made NOISE enough for one. Great yellow boots, A blue coat, A brown beard; Eyes were blue, His face was red.

I think Wally means if someone tried applying as a character that's already in the guild. (IE: Someone applying as Remy LeBeau)
As for the second one, that's just dumb on the applicant's part...and frikkin' rude.

I don't mean to be rude, but I am very curious about this: Miguel OHara I just found out that my copy of Wolverine #1 is signed by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller. Is this worth anything?

Is this worth anything? It depends on the condition of the book and how high folks are on the creators who signed it. Right now, Miller and Claremont haven't turned out a whole lot of stuff that people like right now. They have in the past though. I'd say a comic book store might offer you up to $100.00 US. If you got it graded, you could get a LOT more.

This may sound stupid, but I don't know what you mean by grading it.

There's a company called CGC that professionally grades comics for retailers and collectors, determining their worth. Their services aren't cheap, however. I've never done it myself, as I don't think I have anything worth getting graded.
